Selalu tengok keluasan. Macam description POS tu diorang ada rooftop area. Kira macam big patio dan slalunya ada skali a nice view. If macam ni slalunya harga macam tu. Tapi dalam property slalunya konsep willing seller willing buyer.

Ony in Malaysia. Bukan setakat bertahun baru property akan diauction, notis, surat amaran berpuluh kot dihantar. Dan kalau sebab seizure dek bankruptcy, mesti merata dah advertise property ni sebelum diauction. Macam nak memalukan couple ni pulak.

Rega quote lelong memang rendah tapi nanti time lelong,
naiklah dari 2.1 can go to 5.1!!!!!!
Mungkin bayaran bank sudah lepas 6 bulan. Biasanya, lepas 6
bulan tak bayar barulah kena lelong, itu pun bank akan kontak
owner dulu, barulah lelong.
