Hmm if not mistaken if you are near ovulation your BBT should increase bukannyer decrease. and after ovulation it will remain high. if the temp remain high dr first day it increase for lasted about 18th days maknayer yer you dah conceive. and throughout pregnancy your BBT mmg akan remain high. this info i dapat dr few books. |

heheheheh sebenaryer mberries.. masa bulan tu mmg lin malas sgt buat bbt lin cuma buat masa dekat2 nak time patutyer period. tgk bbt tinggi terus lin maintain ambik balik. yg lin suspect pregnant tu bukan apa pasal monday yg lin htr hubby gi airport on the way to office masa lin drive mata nie mengantuk sgt sampai nampak R&R siap pasang niat yg aylin nak stop and tdor klu tak balik umah my parents and tdoq...tapi elok jer lin drive sampai ofis and the whole week lin asalkan t/hari mmg cari can tdor sekejap kat office. and lagi satu lin realise my lower ab tegang lain macam jer lps tu after 2 days lewat lin ada angkat kotak tak berat manapun tapi pinggang rasa sakit. then masa dlm kereta terdetik lin pregnant ker terus balik tu singgah guardian beli test kit. mmg tak eager mana pun nak test cuma pasal instinct tu kuat sikit so decide tomorrow morning test alhamdulillah it turns out positive. |

Ni apa yang koci faham...
During the first part of a woman's menstrual cycle basal body temperatures will be lower. The first half of your menstrual cycle is called the follicular phase. Right before ovulation you will have a slight drop in temperature followed by a sharp rise in temperature. Not all women will have a drop in temperature before ovulation but if you notice your temperature drop, you should start having intercourse then.
Around the time of ovulation, you will see a rise in temperature. By the time you notice this rise in temperature, you have already ovulated. That is why charting works best when done for a few months. What you are looking for is a rise in temperature of about .4 degrees or more. If you have ovulated your temperature will remain higher. If your temperature remains higher for three days or more, then you can assume you have ovulated.
Maksudnya kat sini aylin betul juga, maksud koci di sini kita mencari ovulation day, kalau T dah rise means we already ovulated, so on the day that our T paling rendah masa tu ovum dilepaskan sebab waktu tu hormone estrogen berada di paras tertinggi sebab tu badan kita sejuk, then bila ovum dah dilepaskn progesteron dirembaskan then we see a spike dalam chart kita maksudnya kita dah ovulated...so kat sini pun dia advise bila T dah mula drop start intercouse sebab kadang2 bila dah ovulated mungkin tak sempat ovum dah mati maklumlah kita pun bekerja nak tunggu malam lambat sangat  ... this is what i understood...

Hehehe tulah shiena koci suggest buat sebelum T spike sebab cycle yg lepas koci buat projek "Mega" masa hari T spike tu...itupun dah pukul berapa tah, mungkin dah terlambat ovum dah mati...hari2 sebelum ovulation pun koci takde projek...results nyer -ve laaaa....:geram: takpe bulan ni koci dah lebih faham...n kene buat tul2 nie hehehehe :pmuka: |

iezie pun nak beli temperature gak la....susah nak agak bila kita subur tu
tp bulan ni nampaknya projek mega x jln la coz hb demam
tak sampai hati nak kacau dia
lagipun dia tgh ambik ubat hormon coz ader problem skit
korang pernah dengar pasal TOMOXIFEN CITRATE tak
hb kena mkn selama 2 bln baru dtg check balik
kena bykkan sabar n usaha lagi |
