Udon makan dengan udang goreng celup tepung.
Kali ni mee udon tu buat nipis dan potong lebar macam kuey teow.

aku dah lama sangat teringin nak buat sup ni sbb aku suka makan kat genki sushi + tak penah miss pesan miso sup.. aku try cari resepi kat sini tapi tak jumpa so aku cari kat net.. link kat bawah ni cara

defnitely it is in most supermarkets.....look in the ethnic section, or the healthy section (try tesco, uo or giants or third floor isetan KLCC - japanese food section)

sedapnye sushi ..
aku pun dah mula berjinak2 nak makan sushi ni since makanan ni favorite my nieces.. so cuba2 la makan... sedap gak.. tapi kena makan yang fresh.. kalau dah simpan semalaman dalam peti ais.. baunye tak sedap..

selalu beli kat jusco aje yang ready made, nak buat sendiri malas.. my favorite ialah inari (sushi salut ngan kulit tauhu).. ngan sushi udang mayonis.. ngan sushi telur udang.. yammiee

Sotong Goreng Tempura.....sotong ni kami tangkap sendiri tau....



Tempura Batter

Bahan2:
1 egg
1 cup cold water - icy cold; I kurangkan skit air utk dptkan mixture yg pekat
1 cup self raising flour

Cara2:
Pukul skit telur.
Masukkan air. Kacau rata.
Masukkan tepung. Sebatikan adunan tapi jangan kacau lama sangat.
Celupkan seafood etc dan goreng dengan minyak yang betul2 panas.

Batter ni boleh digunakan untuk seafood dan sayuran.

Untuk sotong : gaulkan sotong dengan campuran sedikit garam dan black pepper. (Kalau nak pedas boleh taruk cili powder or flakes) Celupkan dalam tempura batter dan goreng.

kalau i goreng sotong ngan tepung mesti tepung tu tertanggal n sotong tu x ranggup

ada petua dari chef kata kena guna air ais, tapi bila masa nak guna tu..

sangat........imma kalau buat sotong goreng mesti jadi lembik tepung dia and
tepung dia tertanggal...........tak crispy mcm yg plat buat.............

Resepinya I dah paste kat bawah gambar sotong goreng tempura.

Air sejuk yg digunakan mesti betul2 sejuk. Air ais yg bagus. Lepas bancuh mesti terus guna. Pastikan minyak untuk mengoreng betul2 panas. Baru tepung tempura tu rangup....
