satu pelan yg baik..tapi kurang setuju la juju kenapa perlu beli rumah utk anak anak?...boleh bg reason tak?...mana tahu boleh follow cara u....

bila nak mulakan SAVING? jawapannnya Immediately! lagi lambat saving lagi banyak la kita rugi in term of compounded interest/dividen. maka lagi lewat pencapaian ke arah financial freedom. Kat bawah ni my calculation utk investment dlm ASB & Bank Rakyat. Tengok after 10 years investment (with rm100k). tengok figure ni barulah kita faham apa itu financial freedom.

so macammana nak dpt 100k? jawapannya mestilah start saving dari sekarang! let say income kita rm60k setahun, kalau kita sungguh2 NEKAD kita boleh simpan rm30 setahun. meaning kalau income rm5000 sebulan kita kena ubah gaya hidup ikut cara income rm2500 sebulan. bersusah2 dahulu bersenang2 kemudian. |

lain org lain caranya....like myself...mmg dah niat belikan anak rumah sorg satu...in future diorg tak le susah payah nak cari rumah....harga rumah makin lama makin naik & tak nak diorg susah payah nak cari duit buat downpayment & etc...kalau nak betul2 buat investment juju prefer beli tanah rather than rumah....juju rasa juju lebih terpengaruh my dad style....masa muda2 mmg dia suka kumpul harta...in other words beli tanah, pastu buat rumah & sewakan....so he manage to sell 3/4 ekar tanah at RM1 billion...duit hasil jualan nie...setiap org dapat around RM50K & juju ada 7 adik beradik....& my first house pun down payment hasil dari pemberian my dad.....on top of that dia hanya tinggalkan seekar tanah untuk cucu2 menikmati hasil buah2an.......tanah2 lain telah diwakafkan untuk pembinaan masjid, kubur & pembinaan sekolah agama...
so balance duit dia...dia simpan kat tabung haji & bank rakyat .....sekarang dia just terima bonus bulan2 dari tabung haji & bank rakyat....
tapi juju kaya dgn hutang le |

Hello Shah,
Your compunded interest calculation is interesting and well-understood. However,since I am not a member of Bank Rakyat I have a question to ask. My understanding of this investment account is that its capital is limited to a maximum of RM100k only. In other words, your 15% dividend will be calculated based on RM100k only and not the residues. Thus, a maximum one can get from it yearly, ceteris paribus, is RM15k in dividend. The rest you have to take it out or else you wont be earning any extra dividends.

what normally people do is open many account under wife's name or close relatives. same goes to asb, since 200k is the limit. |
