ada possibility tak cukup carbo yg diperlukan untuk refreshkan balik tenaga. kalau terlalu penat gak, maybe terlebih workout n need rest. |

start sikit2 dulu. then gradually increase. jgn terus nak break limit. buat ikut kemampuan. kalau baru, dpt 10 minit bersenam pun dah kira ok untuk peringkat awal. |

hydroxycut pernah tersenarai as one of the best dietry supplement in the world. hydroxycut dpt membantu dari segi boosting metabolic. kesan dia agak cepat, tp follow dosage. kesan sampingan agak kuat. kalau x biasa, malam susah nak tidor. badan terlalu panas. jgn cuba lebih dose, pernah ada budak pitam gara2 lebih dose. kesan mmg cepat. tp harga dia agak tinggi. sapa yg berkemampuan bolehla cuba. |

Dulu I pun pernah ambil sejenis capsule.. tapi tak sure le pula hydorxycut ke apa.. tak ingat dah.. dlm tahun 2002... my fitness trainer yg suggest.. tujuannya ambil sbb nak increasekan metabolisme rate... tapi dgn syarat mesti kena pi exercise.. tak boleh makan gitu je...
dr segi kesannya sama macam hydroxycut... rasa susah tido.. sbb dlm tu ada cafein.. masa mula2 ambil... d first 1 week.. makan 1 capsule je... in order 4 our body to get use... lepas tu 2 biji sehari... sampai habis 1 bottle.. tapi i tak ingat dlm satu bottle ada berapa... bila dh habis kena stop for 1 month... lepas tu baru boleh continue kalau nak ambil lagi... dia ambil kat S'pore...

Jackie, I nak beli dumbell tapi tak sure beratnya.. can you suggest the right weight for me to buy, takut terberat or teringan sgt dan satu lagi apa benefit sauna and steambath.. bagus ke and is it ok for me to put it in one of my exercise regime... selain aerobic, weight training etc.. |
