zie letak apa kt atas tu...rasa2 klu saper berani cuba letak susu yg ada perisa cam coklat ker..strawberry...best tau...klu arab tengok memandai jer aku nie ubah resepi tok dia..heheheh

pandai2 jer soulha nak ubah resepi yer..hehehe..zie cuma letak kacang pistachio, yg tu je ada kt rumah..kelapa goreng pun zie masukkan ckit..kebetulan hr tu nak buat kerabu.

creme brulee

aku dah try buat creme brulee versi aku last sunday...lazat dan very senang.

5 biji telur kuning
3-4 sudu besar gula
2 kotak whipping cream (200ml each)
vanila essense or vanilla seed.

pukul kuning telur dgn gula sampai creamy, lepas tu masukkan cream dan pukul sampai sebati dan masukkan vanilla essense or vanilla seed kalau ada.
masukkan dlm bekas then steam kan (recipe asal baked guna waterbath but leceh la).

lepas masak di kukus,
tabur gula secukup rasa kat bahagian atas dan bakar guna api atas saja dan dekat kan creme vrulee itu kat bahagian atas oven (guna broiler or soemthing like that)...bakar sehingga gula keperangan. then sejukkan...

baru buat semalam untuk bukak posa.
terlebih lama pulak dlm over sampai gula jadi camtu..

macam pernah tgk .. oeg buat kat restoran dia guna torch untuk perang kan gula kat atas tu .. kejap jer pun dia torch. mana beli yer torch tu .. dlm bentuk botol spray...

hehehe ader yer leh carik ni.... nampak macam cool sgt bila diorang guna torch ni.. heheh macam pro ... macam flambe gak kan .. bakar2 atas pinggan tu. tapi yg tu guna wine tak leh a kita buat.
