RESEPI RINGKAS, MUDAH & CEPAT

Black Pepper Kicap Eksiden. (kuah sahaja)
Bahan2:
bawang besar (potong hiris)
1/4 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam. (kasar paling baik)
sikit serbuk lada putih.
1/2 sudu teh serbuk jintan (kalau tak jumpa kat kedai, tumbuk/blend jintan manis)
kicap manis
gula
garam
air asam jawa

1. Panaskan minyak masak. Masukkan bawang besar.
2. Masukkan semua jenis serbuk.
3. Bila bawang dah tak rapuh, masukkan air asam jawa (banyakkan air sbb taknak terlalu masam)
4. Masukkan kicap bila dah mendidih, guna air masak, garam dan gula untuk adjust rasa.

Sebagai kuah masak dgn ikan goreng, ayam goreng atau telur goreng.
Makan dengan nasi. Jangan makan dgn roti, nanti mabuk.

suhun secukupnyer...(rendam @ rebus)
lada sulah sesudu teh
bawang besor sebijik potong gegelang
bawang puteh sebijik kalu yg besor ketukkan @ tekan ngan pisau
tepung gandum 2 sudu campo ngan air smpai jdik 3/4 cawan
kiub ayam@serbuk pati ayam
air setengah cawan

*optional*
naget tempura goreng then hiris2
udang 3-4 ekor
brokoli rebus dlu seminit

cara2
tumis bawang2
msukkan lada sulah
masukkan kiub/pati ayam
daa agak2 garing msukkan tepung bercampur air td...daa agak2 ada bubble tuh tambah lg air 3-4 sudu
masukkan udang @ hirisan tempura nugget
then muskkan garam secukup rasa...
last skali tuang ke atas suhun...letak skali brokoli kalu ada...

masak nih kalu ko pkir susah..mmg susahlah jdik nyer...
cth cam resepi suhun tuh kan...no hal jek kalu ko gantikan suhun tuh ngan mee megi/bihun/spegetti ikut la bahan2 yg ada kt dapo ko skang...daahh nama pon resepi bujang kan ..tak kan sme ngan org daa kawin punya dapo complete semua...pas 2 kalu tgk resepi tuh...ko skip tang bahan...trus ke cara2 nyer...bila cara2 tuh kan ada mention gak bahan2...smbil baca smbil imagine..senang la jdiknyer..insya allah

aku rs setiap umah bujang...yg paling penting ada...:
1. beras
2. minyak
3. lada cili
4. bawang
5. kentang
6. tepung

ada 6 brg nih insya allah korang x mati kelaparan punya lah dlm rumah

    fuyoo...ni musti da biasa masak time bujang nih..respek ar..{:4_237:} yng dalam 6 perkara perlu ada tu dapur aku kat umah sewa nih xpernah ada tepung dan kentang pun..mungkin kategori yang lebih teruk lagik kot..hehe

nasi goreng malas

1. tumis bwg putih yg diketuk
2. masuk cili hiris
3. masuk garam secukup rasa
4. pecahkan telur dalam kuali & gaul2 biar masak sikit
5. masukkan nasi & kacau bagi masak sampai sebati...siap

umah sewa lama fara dulu mst ada kentang sbb housemate gile kentang..hahabyk resepi yg ktorang wat dr kntang sbb stok sntiasa ada..

cekodok kentang
- tepung
- ikan bilis
- bawang
- kentang
- air , garam
campur semua, pastu goreng..kenyang gle kalo wat ni sbb dh ada kentang kn so x yah pning2 masak nasi n pk lauk apa..

masa study, mmg ktorang bajet so lauk pn wat yg simple gle..rindu plak zmn tu mkn beramai2..

sosej sambal
- sosej sepeket
- bawang merah sebiji
- cili boh 3 sudu
- asam keping 1pcs
tumis bwg + cili boh smpai garing..pastu masukkan asam kpg + sosej..siap..

sayor goreng (example taugeh, kobis, sawi dll) pastu leh add on carrot, brokoli atau apa2 sayur mahal2 kalo tgh masuk loan study..hehe
- sayur
- bawang
- ikan bilis
tumis bawang + ikan bilis, masukkan sayur..siap..

slalu gak masak paprik..simple..
- bawang besar (hiris)
- ayam/ daging potong kecik2
- carrot / brocoli / kacang panjang
- daun limau purut
- serai
- sos tomato + sos tiram
campakkn semua je..

mkn ngan nasi n goreng telur dadar..nyum3..

minyak utk menumis

tumbuk ikan bilis/udang kering,bwg merah n putih n cili api hingga hampir lumat.tumis smpai hampir garing n masukkan air.bila dah m'didih masukkan maggi n pecahkan telur n kacau biar telur tu b'pecah.perisakan dgn garam.nak tambah serbuk ikan bilis pun ok.klu rasa nak tambah sawi or pape sayur pun no hal

5 MINUTE CHOC MUG CAKE

Makes 2

•4 tablespoons flour
•5 tablespoons sugar - ada masa guna caster sugar.ada masa guna gula pasir je
•2 tablespoons cocoa
•1 teaspoon baking powder - semlm buat tak letak pun sbb anak buah cari kat umah dia takde lak.xtau mana ibu dia simpan.tp m'jadi je keknya
•1/2 teaspoon coffee powder (optional) - 1st time buat,ayu letak.tp klu tak letak pun best gak
•pinch of salt - time ingat boh.time tak tu xboh la jwbnya
•1 egg
•3 tablespoons milk - semlm ayu bantai guna susu pekat yg dilute dgn air.muahahaha....
•3 tablespoons oil
•3 tablespoons chocolate chips or flakes plus 2 tablespoon extra
•A small splash of vanilla extract
•2 microwave safe coffee mugs

1. This recipe makes two mug cakes and therefore is made in two separate mugs. You can mix the entire thing in the mugs and therefore avoid any extra dishes except for the egg which I whisk lightly in a bowl. Add dry ingredients to the mugs, and mix well ensuring the there is no flour stuck at the bottom.

Mixing dry ingredients

2. Pour in the milk, oil, chocolate chips or flakes and vanilla extract and mix well. Whisk egg lightly in a bowl and pour half of the egg in each mug and mix well. Add the extra tablespoonful of chocolate chips or flakes on top of the batter. Cover with glad wrap.

3. Do one mug at a time. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 1 minute on medium heat. Then microwave for another 30 seconds on medium heat. Check on the consistency-it should be cooked but still moist and gooey. If it is still not cooked, microwave on another 30 seconds on medium heat. Remember, it will cook further on standing.

Sup ayam paling malas (tapi feveret laki aku)

Ayam potong sedang2, biasa aku guna dada potong kecik2 senang makan
halia
bawang putih
sup bunjut
kentang
lada
garam
pak aji/gula (optional)

halia hiris nipis, bawang putih diketuk, rebus dengan sup bunjut. dah mendidih, campak ayam, rebus sampai masak, campak kentang, garam, gula/aji, lada. Tunggu kentang empuk, siap.

sayur air...sayur goreng...sambal sotong sambal ayam..masak kicap...nasik goreng...sup ayam..ikn bilis goreng..telur goreng...haaaa yg tu la mudah bg aku hahahaa....
tp biasa aku mls bab goreng2 nie..biasa rebus jek senang...malas kn aku...
