aku menyewa apartment..
3 kali duk dlm masa tak sampai 2 tahun..dpt notis rumah kena lelong
walhal bayo sewa cukup2 every month..
ni kes tuan rumah aku tak bayo sewa 6 bulan la....

so kes Abg K (mengikut buletin utama) sbb muflis la kan kena lelong...huhu

Beli lelong cara yang aku buat ni, memang tawakal jelah
sebab kita cuma tengok gambo kat brochurenya saja.
Lepas beli, baru aku pi tengok rumahnya.
Tuan punya masih duduk lagi. Tiga bulan, bila sume dah
clear baru dia pindah tinggalkan macam-macam utang tak
berbayar such as bill letrik, service charge, bill air, cukai pintu
bertahun-tahun. Cukai & service charge dah masok dalam rega
lelong tapi bill letrik & air kita kena langsai. Imagine 3 bulan duduk
free-dia buka sume lampu & airkon full blast!!!!!.........
Patotnya aku bleh soh dia keluar tapi tak sampai hati.
Kita baik, dibalasnya dengan meninggalkan taik.
Tapi kebiasanya, aku pi tengok dulu rumah yang nak kena lelong tu.
Cara ni kena hadap ULAT taikla kat tempat lelong tu. Rega naik
dablelah pendik kata........

Dulu aku keja bank bab2 lelong ni mmg selalunya owner xkan jual
Even ade yg sanggup pegang parang tunggu depan pintu rumah satu family
Bkn nk tetak org yg nk lelong tu tp nk tetak family dia semua dgn dia2 skli.
Xnk bg rmh punya pasal.

Sebab tu kena upah agen hartanah. Dialah yang buat
sume keja kotor, mintak owner pindah. Lepas owner pindah,
memang kena renovatelah. Pintunya pechah, bilik air kotor.
Kalau beli murah, takda problem. Tapi kalau terperangkap
beli mahal, memang tak berbaloi-baloi.
Tapi, penthouse Toksri K & UA mungkin dah lengkap direnovate
kaw-kaw. Tak mungkin diorang nak guna krane, pecahkan dinding....
So, berbalo-baloilah Ah Moi tu kalau dapat bid rega below the market price.
Sebab biasanya bank lelong cuma nak dapat balik wahatever is left
untangnya yang tak berbayo, bukan ikut market price.

Tu la kan.sm harga dgn new prop. Dulu2 kwn i suke bid flat2 n low cost apartment.byr cash je.pastu dia sewakan.tp sy x larat tgk kerenah2 penyewa, so sy x jd join dia. Kalau sy nk bid prop, sy nk bid yg for own use.tp x mampu la plak nk byr cash.loan takut x lps n takut  nk berutang.
