Last week saya try buat cotton cheese cake tapi kurang menjadi. Atasnya gebus tapi bawahnya cam bengkang la pulak. anyway, memang sedang. Tak sampai beberapa jam dah abis dibedal. Rasanya menjadi lagi souffle cheese cake yang pernah saya buat dulu. entah bila la pulak nak buat cheese cake ni. Gambar masih dalam hp. Nanti saya tempek gambar cotton cheese cake tu. Atasnya tak nampak smooth. Kereput sikit entah kenapa. |

recipe dia provided..

kalo nk ikut resepi yg bagus kasi, as follow:
500g brownies mix
200g telur
75g cooking oil
200g air
campur sume ni, ketepi kan.
utk cheese,
250g cream cheese
60g icing sugar
75g telur
wani blend kan cream cheese n icing sugar, pastu keluarkan dr blender, then masukkan telur.sebatikan.
pastu, ambik separuh adunan brownies, letak dlm loyang, kukus slm 15 minit (guna api besar n remember to cover the penutup kukusan dgn kain.)
after 15mnts, masukkan semua adunan cheese, kukus plak 15 mnt lg.
last skali, masukkan lebihan adunan brownies, kukus sampai masak.
sejukkan dlm fridge, baru sedap dimakan~

u can also use any brownies recipe or even chocolate cake recipe too, if desired
