warda.... this one personal opinion je tau(bukan pakar nyer opinion heheheehe)... rimbun tak pernah guna santan segera yg dlm kotak tu sbb pekat sgt... but pernah guna santan fresh... cuma takler sepekat santan segera tuh. apa2 pon rasanyer lebih sedap guna susu (my taste lerr)

camner sejibik resepi itulah akak ikut je.. takdelah plak ubah2 guna segera ke apa? maybe nasib kot je.. masa mula nak buat tu bacalah bismillah banyak2 mudah2an jadik.. ye tak??

Apam Betawi resepi yg maklang pernah post few years back ..dari majalah SAJI rasanya.

hahaha.. ok lepas ni saya guna santan biasa.. pehtu utk penyukat air pulak ilang.. saya rasa mcm nak guna sukatan 200ml yang tulis kat botol anak saya jek...

nanti saya buat dan saya update hasilnya

a'kum warda,

saya buat apam marble ni guna tepung gandum biasa yang diayak bersama 1 sudu besar baking powder. santan pulak, saya guna santan kotak, iaitu campuran 50ml santan dgn 150ml air, tambah garam kat dlm santan. gula saya kurangkan jadi 150gm. telur pulak saya guna telur gred B, and a bit dry la, perhaps next time kene guna 3 biji la kot utk gred B. esen vanila 1 sudu besar lebih2 skit.

Alhamdulillah apam naik elok, gebu, and 'melt in ur mouth' hehehe.. . mungkin ada tersilap kaedah kacau kot. cuba lagi ... jgn putus asa. make sure pukul gula, telur, ovelette sampai kembang. (gambar lom upload lagi, insya allah esok upload).

I was wondering, mcm mana mak2 kita, org lama2 buat apam? apam skarang ni, yg mana tak pakai eno, pakai ovelette. mcm mana nk buat yer kalu tak de ovelette? kene pukul telur sampai kembang berganda ke?

apam betawi yg maisya buat kat atas tu tak de guna ovallete or eno, just baking powder sikit....memang kena pukul telur tu sampai kembang betul-betul.

tinaz teruja tgk apam gebus kat sini...
since bhn2 semua ada tinaz terus buat apam indon resepi yg ada kat sini...
ini dia hasil pertama buat apam...tak pernah2 buat apam.. ..
sorry pic sedikit blur, bat dah nk kong..

tak tau la apam ni jadi ke tak, rs sedap dah...nak kata gebus xde la gebu sgt...
antara lapisan tu mcm keras sikit, nmpk mcm basahkan.....
x pasti la apam tinaz ni ok ke tak..teksture apam x lembut sgt, tp x la keras sgt...mcm berderai..
pukul telur n ovalette dah laju n lama sampai putih...ikut step pun sebiji2
cuma masa letak next lapisan tu tinaz x tunggu lama, nmpk adunan tu mcm dah x cair, terus tuang adunan kaler lain plak...
its ok la...still blh mkn lg, nanti nak try apam marmar lak...
Anyway thanks 4 d resepi n tips yg forumers bg...

ini ler rupa apam marmar yg nana dah buat. mcm nana mention kat posting atas tu, nana pakai tepung gandum + bakingn powder, santan kotak. anak2 mmg suka mkn nih ... tq pada forumer yg memperkenalkan apam ni kat sini (sapa yer ... tak perasan lak).


dalam acuan, belum kukus lagi.                                   dah masak, tapi pecah2 skit. api besar gamaknya.


tadaa... silap teknik snap gambar.                               the texture ... alhamdulillah gebu ...
