It's because of the 4 divisions ㅋㅋㅋ That's how Daehwi ended up ranked #3 even though originally he was 8~9 ranked, so his debut was pretty much confirmed. And you have kids like Yoon Jisung and Bae Jinyoung who entered the ranking thanks to that tooㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

#1 and #2 pretty much remained the same, but I feel like the new #3 and #4 should be Ong Sungwoo and Hwang Minhyun, and Ha Sungwoon is definitely not #11 anymore. I think that if not for the 4 divisions, the ranking would've ended up like this
