L-carnitine is the only source yg dpt convert fat to free fatty acid untuk pembakaran. lebih kurang menggalakkan pembakaran lemak.

L-carnitine is amino. amino acid yg menjadi tukang ketuk pintu untuk menukarkan fat ke free fatty acid. fat dlm bentuk FFA saja akan dibakar. cara natural untuk stimulate fat ialah activity aerobic for at least 20 minit dgn mengikut intensiti yg betul.

ada byk possibility. boleh jd metabolisme, boleh jd sakit, x semestinya metabolic meningkat akan menyebabkan peluh meningkat

cocoa tu menyebabkan pembakaran lebih cepat. bagus untuk training. fiber cuci perut

ok.....so meaning lps kt amek L-carnitine ne, kt perlu wat aerobic dlm 20 min gi2? is it? brlah pembakaran lemak akn m'jd lbh active.?  bdw, is there any side effects in short term @ long term after we consume L-carnitine ?

L-carnitine ni cuma protein. ada contain dlm makanan seharian. cuma yg dijual di pasaran pure L-carnitine. L-carnitine boleh menjadikan workout betul2 bakar fat.

chitosan more to control cholestrol. boleh support weight loss, tapi x kuat.
