coz blum sempat buat but
dah teringin sangat nak makan
so last nite pegi beli coffe bean
punya.my brother cakap rasa cam egg tart
harga 50cents jer but the egg tart
lagi sedap :lol

tapi tak sempat  nak ambik gambar ...sekejap je hilang...magic gak, cuma masuk dlm perut laaa...hihi...

camne nak dapatkan egg yolk sahaja....?

pastu....egg whites tu bleh guna untuk apa lagi yek?
cos macam bazir la plak nak buang camtu je

pertama...make sure telur dan tangan bersih...

just pecahkan telur jadi dua, tuang egg white ke bowl dan transfer egg yolk ke kulit yang satu lagi sambil tuang egg white ke bowl, buat beberapa kali hingga tinggal egg yolk saja...

or tuang arah your tangan, kira penapis original....khusus untuk makan sendiri...
or penapis telur (tak pernah gunakan apa jenis penapis pun sebab method atas tu lagi senang)...

egg white....boleh masak campur sayur, buat kek, pavlova & lain-lain....ada thread pasal ni hari tu....
