apa yg patut bagus utk di invest dalam UT pmutual ni?
jangan pm sila tulis katsini saya nak bace senang yea
seswai ke beli baru @ cemana.. |

My client ni invest bukan PCIF asalnya. Local fund. Beliau adalah Mutual Gold Member.
Perhatikan sales charge adalah 0..00 untuk switching.

En. Kirawang switch macam mana kat Public Mutual ni yer? Guna satu borang untuk satu client ke? Letih la kalau macam tu, kalau ada 400 orang clients kena sediakan banyak2 borang la?

UTC suka jadikan warrent buffet sbg modal mencari pelabur. Bagi kaum "provokator", mereka akan mencelah.."warren buffet beli UT ker".. ?
Bukan nak suruh pelabur follow exactly what his doing ( mmg tahu tak mampu pon  ) but, kita encourage to follow some of his investment strategies..
1)
He is able to buy those shares which he likes in the past at a huge discount to the net worth, which means his safety margin at this point is very good.
2)
He aims to hold the investments for several years for huge profit margin as he is unlikely to sell for a
small profit.
3)
He does not rush in to buy, he is very selective in the stocks he bought.
4)
He buys gradually. Thus far, he only uses about half of the cash balance in Berkshire Hathaway, his
flagship company.
While others witness the collapse of banks in US and wonder which one will be the next to fall, Buffett discovers many cheap buys. He said this is once in a 100 years financial crisis, Buffett believes this is a golden opportunity to accumulate undervalued stocks for his collection. |

agree he is long term investor tp with solvency issue coming into doubt; terus jadik satu issue plak kalu "ter"masuk awal.
on the local front tgk mcm mana fund manager pegang IOIPROP; undervalued good future earnings company taken private at RM 2.68. some FMs entry level RM 4, RM 5 pon ada, derang tak kesah sbb ini good company bukan mcm talam ka apa.
tp tgk apa sudah jadi? lesson here is korporat malaysia is saying "u be a long term investor, this is how we reward you. Screw you 50%."
