it depends on the company, some of the company might allow carry-forwards of unused leave days..again, it is up to the discretion of the managers and the company policy.. even if they are allowed to do so, there might be a cap on the number of days to be carried forward.
some company requires their employees to utilize their leave as they don't allow/encourage employees to carry forward their leave days... |
