MAS punya cara serve berubah2...yg dalam kotak da semua tu mmg ada sekali dalam tu..yg masa diorg  ...

Kan ke derang ni blaja how to serve customer so that its consistent every time. Kalau naik qatar ke singapore ke or any other airline layanan mmg standard sammaaa jek. Airasia pun sama

Siapa ckp pax tak complain? Pandai2 je kamu! Bezanya pax tu mentimun, chef wan tu durian.. Of course la complain chef wan jadi lebih viral & di pandang oleh mgmt

Heat meal lebih kurang 15minit je. Lepas dah masuk everything dlm oven, bknnya dok tercongok je dpn oven tunggu siap ye. Masa yg ada tu digunakan utk prep benda lain.

Cukup2 la bagi idea suruh potong timun dlm galley ni. Dont u think its a very stupid idea & tak praktikal langsung?

uols cabin crew ke?..hehe.. that's y iols cakap MAS kena fikirkan cara macam mana nak serve timun tu....org dalam forum ni yg tak tahu keadaan dlm dapur tu mmg akan bagi idea yg tak sesuai... just 1-2 slices je per serve.. tak kirala apa cara sekalipun....selalunya iols complain ttg makanan MAS ni secara borak2 kosong je sesame kawan2..tak hadap pun makanan dalam MAS yg memang menjemukan tu.... cuma iols suka ada ice cream HD masa cuti sekolah..skrg dah takde..

I rasa buang masa mgmt mas buat meeting utk fikir cara nak serve timun. I kata tak praktikal sbb timun tu jenis berair and can not simply serve sekali dgn nasi & sambal, nnt meal cepat basi. And if u nak put just 2-3 slices of timun in a separate container pun tak praktikal. Bukannya mcm buah yg slice lebih besar or fruits salad yg quantity lebih byk.

Mgmt shld just concentrate utk improve sambal quality. And kacang & bilis mmg ada, u can request from crew if dia org lupa nak bg u

sempat la nak potong timun dlm masa 10 minit..
apasal nak guna pisau, gunala slicer..
sebijik timun tu aku rasa klu guna slicer boleh lebih 30++ keping timun..
bukan amik masa lama pon..

kalau taknak serve timun then jgnla melenting n meroyan bila org kata hidangan tu telanjang..

of coz MAS tak perlu buat urgent meeting utk atasi isu ni.. but I believe ada je pakar2 dalam MAS tu yg boleh decide perkara..tak perlula sampai nak bermeeting segala..

MAS adalah frontline kepada pelancong..klu makcik tepi jalan takper..

by the way iols baru tahu hidangan tu dah dimasak awal 24 jam.. ingatkan baru masak pagi tu.. patutla ayam tu rasa semacam.. nasi goreng tu plak ala2 lumur dengan cili boh jer.. lepas ni mmg iols takkan makan hidangan dalam MAS tu.. steak pun keras kejung..boleh tercabut gigi..tapi iols telan jugak sbb nak luah balik malu dgn org sebelah..

memag alas an bodoh pun.. kalau betul2 nak perfection dalam hidangan tu boleh je dilakukan.. masalahnya MAS bukan pentingkan perfection pun..menataliti org melayu kan taknak buat kerja susah2 janji ada..sampai bila2 la kita ni akan berada di kelas ke3..

Baca 1 komen dari crew tak bermakna komen tu mewakili crew2 yg lain. Even i believed crew2 yg lain pun ckp explaination dlm komen tu bodoh.

This issue involve mas mgmt & catering company. Of course meeting is required utk solve the issue. So biar je la depa2 yg buat keputusan. And kita2 yg kat luar ni kalau nak bg idea pun, biar la idea yg cerdik sikit. Jgn la samakan in flight nasi lemak dgn nasi lemak gerai kak nab

What do u mean by
menataliti org melayu kan taknak buat kerja susah2 janji ada

are u referring to mas = company org melayu, or staff2 mas = staff2 terdiri dari kaum melayu?

MAS takde kerja lain ke setakat isu timun ni sampai nak buat management meeting? patutla company melingkup..perkara kecik pun sampai nak kena buat meeting segala..mesti 346 org yg hadir meeting timun ni kan? perlu dapat persetujuan dari CEO segala...hehe..jgn marah ye..it is fact MAS melingkup..

Dahhh... MAS official dah jawab dah. Dorang berterima kasih pada komen chef wan dan akan improve. So the cabin crew yang menjawab so called nak jadi keyboard warrior bagi pihak MAS tu sila pecat dia. Pandai pandai aje komen, tak sedor diri.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's national carrier, Malaysia Airlines responded to a comment made by celebrity chef, Chef Wan who commented on the nasi lemak served in economy class. Calling it nasi lemak ‘telanjang’ or ‘naked’, the picture which accompanied his comments on his personal Instagram garnered many reactions from social media.

When asked to comment on the picture, Malaysia Airlines in a statement made to Astro AWANI, the company said it will continue to improve the standard of their food.

“Malaysia Airlines would like to thank Chef Wan for his comments on the standard of the nasi lemak served in economy class in a flight to Bangkok. We appreciate all comments and will take immediate action to improve the standard of food on our flights,” said Malaysia Airlines.

I flew on economy to Bangkok thinking its such a short trip and so early pulak tu pasti i will close my eye and have a short nap tak payah lah membazir duit naik business class. This Sad looking Nasi Lemak from Mas for sarapan sungguh memeranjat kan..The fact that its our national career and we dont take pride in providing our so call most famous Malaysian breakfast that kita Agong2 kan bangga serata dunia and to show case this on international flight without the proper timun and kacang serta ikan bilik nampak macam miskin sangat sarapan Malaysia ini. Kita orang Malaysia sudah pasti la tahun akan quality Nasi lemak serta pilihan lauk2 that goes along with it but hey....what about all that international travellers. Seriously i feel sad that our Msian Breakfast can suffer its own image so misleading to the point where i felt the need for them to realised how serious this can be. Why la so much in consistency when it come to serving This dish at various destinations? Why my flight ticket cost me rm850 tu maka its not business class enough ke that i am serve Nasi and Sambal with telor that make my breakfast so mcm " Telanjang la" Come on la Mas tak kan kita nak selalu membebel pasal simple basic thing of serving the country national heritage food and dah macam pahat serta pemukul? Why sent letters to act on my complain and appology and then repeat back the same mistake? Hello am i being to difficult here or being sensible to request for a normal Nasi Lemak?

tula pasal... terima je kritikan tu secara prof dan cuba improve..bukan bagi sejuta alasan....chef wan tu org yg sgt prof.. klu la MAS taknak dgr cakap chef wan tentang bab makanan ni, abis nak ikut cakap sapa lagi?

U rasa mcm mana cara nak "fikir" yg u suggest ni? Just tugaskan sorang exec duduk atas kerusi malas sambil2 fikir cara nak potong timun masuk dlm nasi lemak ker? Are u talking about a big organization decision making or gerai nasi lemak kak nab decision making?

yeap true. Kalau bukan chef wan tegur siapa lagi. Chef wan dah jalankan amanah dia dan berfungsi di tempat dan kapasiti yang betul (bukannya jadi juri MLM ). Walaupun bahasa dia hazab tapi maybe dia dah letih. Macam dia cakap laa "why send complain letter and apology to me but then repeat the same mistake?"

instead, MAS sendiri pun boleh je mintak pendapat chef wan macam mana nak serve sesuatu hidangan tu.. setakat nak serve timun tu mesti celah gigi je chef wan boleh jawab...
