puansri, saya lak macam dah terasa-rasa dlm mulut ni..terliur weh..nak kena pi beli kt kantin jap lagi..tp tak sedap sangat ah kt sini..yg maklang punya tu terserlah sponge nyer

Yume ~ kawan kak leila pun dah try resepi tu...menjadik gak...suka dia, lama dah nak buat lom dpt resepi mudah & menjadi camni.........ni pun tgh bancuh adunan lagi,,,eheheheheh byk kali dah buat.....manjang sedap....

Yume pun x dapat nak nolong nyer kalau pakai convention oven....

Yume ada jugak baca posting2 kat sini dolu ... kebanyakkan berpendapat tahap kepanasan suhu convention oven ni x dapat nak diramalkan ....

Apa pun kalau teringin nak buat jugak, kukus pun boleh ... hari tuh kawan yume pun teringin nak buat ... so dia pun kukus la ... katanye, gebu tu ada ... sarang nye saja agak mengecewakan ... apa pun rasa nyer x lari ...

Best kan kak LeiLa .... Yume pun dok naik syok dah buat kek ni & jamu kenkawan ... kalau ada jemputan nak makan2 rumah orang pun yume pastikan yume dapat adakan sebiji kek ni untuk si tuan rumah .... lepas beberapa hari, diorang fon lak mintak resepi .... apa pun yume seronok kongsi bersama keenakkan resepi ni ....Sememangnye kek gula hangus ini teramat mudah untuk disediakan ...

hitam kek tu  bergantung kepada gula hangus yg kita masak....air gula tu dah jadi warna coklat baru maklang mskkan air...jangan takut...tak pahit pun..kek tu bila masak tak nampak gelap sangat tapi bila dah sejuk makin terserlah kehitamannya

mak lang...maklang bakar berapa lama...suhunya berapa...oven cap apa... itu semua mempengaruhi tau.... sebab maklang punya memang tak boleh lawan dengan orang lain....

A'kum...

This is my 1st attempt buat kek gula hangus nih. resepi nih saya amik dari fp yusnina (TQ nina, suka fp u), quite simple. Rasa dia pun just nice, tak manis sgt. Cuma kurang bersarang skit. ada la tuh silap kat mana2. since this is my 1st trial, nana akan buat lagi (insya allah) sehinggai berjaya.
