haku lum start joging lagi sampai minggu nih... hujaann saja di petang hari..huhu

ujikaji:  cuba letak gelas atas perut di kala berdiri.  klau gelas x jatuh @ air x tumpah maknanye dh boroi le tuh...hahahaha....

hahaha..xmo pegang nk tido atas perut yg empuk..gerenti lena smpai ke pagi...

huh!  kuat betul perut smpai leh angkat dumbbell..

mggu ni aku bz gilers..training netball traning bowling...next week ade league...

pagi tadi haku timbang... pas ramadhan and syawal berlalu berat haku naek cuma 2kg jer..
