Masak apa for dinner? My husband request nak mee goreng. I masaklah mee goreng utk dia, terpedas lak tu. Dia mmg suka pedas. You I ni kena berulang air sbb tak tahan. Gelihati lak.

Tahan pedas jugak your hb ya, mine boleh tahan pedas tapi tak de le tahap orang melayu makan pedas, nanti kena hick up pulak. Dia dah request pasta al pomodoro (tambah pesto sikit)...alah, pasta and tomato sauce aje., plus I akan prepare salad with smoked duck breast.

Hari tu I belajar buat mee mamak.. Rasa dah ada, pedas dah ada..menjadi cuma tak cukup bahan (taufu and taugeh).

Alahai friends, sorry I cepat tidur last night, pagi nih baru baca forum. Resepi as usual, my favourite place is www.allrecipes.com and as biasa, I suka tokok tambah ikut lidah kita.

Here are two versions of the recipes. Satu guna slow cooker (kalau tak dak pressure cooker, satu guna pressure cooker). One thing, kalau tak nak tunggu lama masak, beli daging yang lembut okay. Pot roast very popular masak lama sampai daging tu macam nak berderai.

INGREDIENTS
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
5 1/2 pounds pot roast

I tambah:
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ketchup (bukan kicap, sos tomato
1 cup big onion
sedikit kentang yang potong sedang
daun bawang
sedikit carrots

Nak lagi sedap, tambahlah celery atau sayur yang you all suka.

DIRECTIONS for slow cooker:
In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.
Cook on High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.

DIRECTIONS for pressure cooker:
Campak semua dalam pressure cooker for 70 minutes.

Eh dak eh...I 'kidnap' gambar tu dari hotel...hehe, gurau je Long. Now ni Hiro tengah join Austin Photographer Club. Tengah dok explore what else I can do with my camera.

Now ni dok berangan nak bukak studio gambar ...ye la tu. Everything starts with A DREAM...betul tak.

Cali, kalau buat cake boleh gak campak2. Tapi kalau buat bun or roti I mix bahan2nya dulu then baru taruk kat mesin untuk uli. Tadi I buat cheese cake. I guna mesin baru utk beat the white eggs. Sekejap je dah peak foam. Dalam 2 or 3 minit je.

Actually, I found out about one Malaysian woman that really into foods and presentation. She captured such amazing pictures, so kiranya baru nak bertatih ler ni. But she is using Canon Rebel camera. Mine is Panasonic Lumix DMC. But her ideas of how to capture food pictures are amazing. Here is the link. I love her blog!!!!!

Cali, I masih taruk bread improver bila buat roti. Mesin ni uli dough roti sekejap je dah jadi kental. Hasilnya memang memuaskan. Roti jadi lebih bouncy dan lembut. Kalau roti dah lebih dari 2 hari u just heat up dalam microwave for 15 to 20 secs. Kalau tak heat up pun masih sedap...

My hb pulak jenis tak nak fikir lama. Kalau berkenan dia terus beli je. Especially barang2 rumah. Most of the time dia suruh I decide. Sebab no point dia decide kalau I tak berkenan.

Dia lagi suka concentrate dengan kerja dia. He said duit I pegang, so decision I yg buat. Tapi biasanya I discuss with him untuk dapat mutual agreement...
