Makacih.....waktu ni saya nkkan coklat ni meleleh tapi dia membeku tak meleleh lak...saya pakai whipping non dairy cream 150ml campur ngan 350g coklat je.

Yg utk cara ni saya wat dgn gunakan api yg perlahan, tuangkan whipping cream 150ml dalam periuk, biarkan macam mendidih sikit tepi2 periuk tu, pastukan saya tutupkan api dan masukkan coklat 350g dan cepat2 kacau ngan whisker. Kacau sampai sebati, tuangkan atas kek dan ratakan. Tapi bg saya resipi ni agak pekat. Cpt benor bekunya ganache tu. Lenkalli saya nk kurangkan sikit coklat supaya bg cair2 sikit.

Ataupun cuba awk try resipi choc ganache ni dari resipi Death by chocolate cake by Mrs Dayat. Saya pernah try pun ok juga

  • 2 cwn non dairy whipping cream
  • 500g cooking chocolate
  • 1/8 cwn golden syrup  ->> yg ni saya omit, kalau boh manis sgt....

still rasa manis sbb coklat dh mmg manis n whipping cream non dairy pun dh mmg ada manis dia . Pernah sy letak golden syrup tu jadi terlalu manis plus ngan kek lagi. ada setengah org mmg suka manis takde msalah. Or maybe nk letak tp kurang kan. Tp takyah letak pun takpe.

ina ade wat flower paste guna resepi ni

2 biji putih telur
450g icing
2sudu teh shortening
2sudu besar gum tag (ina guna cmc)

problem - lepas uli ina balut ngan plastik, tp nape slps setengah jam, paste tu jadi keras?

pas 2 ina wat fondant guna resepi ni

3sudu teh gelatine
3sudu besar air
170gram glukose
70gram shortening
1kg icing

problem-selepas mix dengn icing...fondant still melekit.so, susah nak rolled.letak banyak icing pun x jadi..

ade sesape boleh bantu?

hambo tolonn jawabkan. Kat kedai bakeri yang. Dia simpan dalam peti ais. mmg dia tulis kat kotak. non-dairy whipping cream. Selalu saya pakai jenama Rich Gold Label je. Yg kedai supermarket tu kebanyakkan dairy cream punye, Susah nak cari yg non-dairy. So kat kedai bakeri mmg sonang gitu.
