korang yang guna cili kering, cam mana korang buang biji cili ye?
aku selalu belah dua cili pastu buang bijik..
renyahnya sampai malas nak buat sambal..
belum seksa tangan panas lagi
ada tak cara mudah nak buang biji cili?
aku tak pandai masak sambal guna cili boh siap tu..

Ingatkan salah masuk benang td..hahaha.. abis spekuannyaa...apaciter? Habis jd benang masak2 lak...

P/s: kalau nak buang biji cili kering biasanya potong dgn gunting je cili tuh..pastu masak atas dapur jap..dah mendidih tutup api..pastu tuang atas tapis..lalukan air paip kat atas cili kering yg dalam tapis tu...so agak byk gak la biji yg boleh dibuang..tp kalau nak buang habis semua biji tu x mampu la plak..

selalu makan kat kedai ada rasa kacang.
nak tanya udang kering tu tumbuk dulu ke or terus masuk je.
lepas tu kacang tu memang goreng dulu tanpa minyak or dgn minyak baru tumbuk
sila jawab. kot malam ni boleh buat

Susah nya soalan kaka..
Minat masak kaka..dapat makan hasil kita masak rasa mcm puas kan.lagi2 kalo rasa mcm kita nak kan kaka..
Lagi pun wana bab makan, selective sikit.tengok ikan basah mata dah  kelabu asap pun dah xnak beli kecuali terpaksa
Lagi pun, ni cara kalo nak makan best sikit kaka.. nak makan seafood ker sebab kalo kat restoren harga dah berapa takut wana kena ketuk kaka..


Kaka..sihat?? Dah lama x hi2 kaka tonggek?
