hakak harus spare strength utk solat terawih & tahajud noks.. hahahhaha dah ler balik keje terus masuk dapur... lepas bukak kemas2 dapur pinggan mangkuk... then soalt maghrib.. terus isya & terawih.. takde time actually nya... i workout lunch time kat ofis

Tinggi u 170? Utk malay women i kira tinggi lah, 162.. My friend yg rangka besar tinggi 165-170, bila slim down, pehh mmg cantik sgt langsing & turning heads lah
U kalo nak amal serat kena minum air masak byk lah dlm 3L sehari.. Kalo kurang nnti u sembelit |

main gim.waktu pose? eii..idokle aku..penat wey..dahaga lagi |

sbb bila u makan serat byk cth cam chia seed, psyllium husk, etc, lagi byk air diperlukan sbb serat menyerap air... kalo tak cukup air, serat tu keras... function usus kita pun extract air from our food kan, so kalo kita tak cukup air, usus akan serap & serat kita makan tu jadi tak lembut & susah nak flow... that's why ada keperluan utk minum air lebih sikit.. cuba u rendam psyllium husk or chia seed. u akan perasan dia expand bila ada air kan.. camtu jugak bila benda ni masuk dlm bdn kita.. they need sufficient liquid in order to "flow"

perempuan nak sado cemane sgt, melainkan cucuk hormon/steroid.. biasanya kita jadi toned aje la.. athletic gitu... i suka toned body |

Lunges biasa pakai bar bell.. Sama ngn squat.. Biasa squat aku add 10-15 kg weight... High reps... Kalo lunges aku lemah sket, wat max 10kg...
Kdg2 aku pakai body weight je.. Tp kena lompat sket utk add cardio... |

Cardio kalo byk sgt jadi kurus la. Kalo cardio saje xcantik body sbb sekeping.. Yang buat lengan cantik perut flat, butt bulat, kaki cantik tu sume sbb toning...
Cardio ni contoh cam berlari, lompat, aerobic, dancing, step class... Bagus utk naikkan heart rate & reliability... Biasa kalo good workout, buat cardio dalam 20 - 40 mins (first 20 min warm up, following is fat burning)... Lepas tu follow up with weight exercise for toning... Kalo combine ni mmg cepat impact dia (kurus & toning) |
