Memang Amoi sebab disumber berita lain ada tulis nama bapa Amoi tu Poon.
At a press conference organised by Gerakan public complaints chairman Datuk Wilson Lau Hoi Keong at their office in Kepong, the father of the victim, who goes by Poon said that the alleged rape occurred earlier in June Poon said that his daughter took pity on the alleged rapist who has multiple wives and children. The family however wouldn’t allow the relationship and Poon, who is the same age as the alleged rapist, lodged a police report on behalf of his daughter on July 10. “The age gap is also too big. If they get married, is he going to call me father?” asked a visibly livid Poon. Poon added that he had to take away her phone as he found his daughter messaging and calling the alleged rapist, and that she even attempted to run away from their family home.
When asked by the media to describe the victim, Poon noted that his daughter was an introvert and that this was her first relationship.
