aku pernah try rolled oat  + nestum + susu lowfat+ madu  tapi bukan buat smoothie mcm harith ni , tapi masak kejap mkn pukul 9 pg mcm tu sampai pukul 3 lebih tak rasa lapar.teh hijau mmg bantu .aku guna teh hijau ni.

Pernah baca satu post kt fb..instant oat ni x bagus..yg bagus rolled oat sbb kompleks carb xsenang urai gula ke dlm darah..camtu la lebih kurang xigt dah wei..

yang tu sedap sikit dari teh boh green tea tu....
selalu beli ahmad tea kat tesco sebab ada kotak besar,beli sekali tahan lama jugak..

Emmmm, instead of condensed milk tukar lah fresh milk yg less sugar.... tp kalau u muda lagi & tak obese enjoy je la minum nescafe sampai muak... hehehe...

bagi aku nak kurus senang jek..
pergi mintak kerja kt tempat yg liat nak bayar gaji pekerja..
pagi makan bihun, jalan kaki pergi kerja (make sure menyewa dekat opis la)
tengahari tak payah makan..
malam makan nsik lemak...
dlm 10 bulan boleh kurus

ckup kalori sehari ke tu? mcm tak jer? at least lelaki kena 1500 calories kn? oat mcm tu around 200. epal hijau brp jer? then dinner baru dia mkn. tu pun around 500 je. mcm tk ckup zat jer.

Knp nk susah2 tahan nafsu makan bagai.  Just control jela kalori masuk.. U still boleh makan mcm2 tp brat boleh maintain.. Sesambil tu g la exercise..

Kann..ngeri tgk menu dia..sampai bile dia bole bertahan camtu..i baca nk diet pilih la yg kita bole konsisten ngan benda tu..
Ni mcm da ilang nkmat idup lak..dun eat less, eat rite. Tp biasa la org kita yg nmpk kesan cepat tu la yg dorang nk ikut. Iols dr awal thn ritu berjaya la turunkan 14kg. Pastu naik turun sbb napsu mmg susah dikawal. Kacang kelaut kadang kedarat. Yg ptg perasaan berdosa sentiasa wujud lau termakan benda2 x sihat..

tulah.. i calculate rambang pun dah mcm xckup calories sehari dia makan. nanti jadi penyakit lain pulak sebab tak ckup zat.

Yg penting exercise. Makan tu boleh je tp watch your calorie intake. Jgnlah consume 2000 calorie tp dormant je. Consume 2000 calories lps tu pegi lari sejam dah burn 400 calories. Calorie in-out yg kena jaga
