Yes. Its me. Tp if dh rase kematu iols bgnlah jln g sana-sini kejap. Kalau kt lrt tu iols xnaikkk elevator tp naik turun tgga. Exercise sikit. Lgpn tak kuasa nk berhimpittt kt eskalator tu.
yes sebab keje dlm ofis kan...bangun dari tempat duduk pun boleh dikira berapa kali...
tapi kalau kat umah atau weekend ade jugak bergerak sana sini tapi lagi banyak rehat lah

Definitely a NO for me.
I'm a full-time housewife, mmg tak boleh duduk diam lama2. Besides that, I will ensure that I workout at least 3 times a week. I will try for 5 times, tp kalau dpt 3 times pun dah syukur.
Even previously when I worked as a test engineer, yg mmg menghadap computer all the time pun, I will make sure yg I exercise regularly, 3-4 times a week. And one more thing, i will try to insert activity i.e. walking as much as I can masa kerja contohnya, commute to work, use stairs instead of elevator or walking during lunch time.
Contohnya masa kerja di Menara Standard Chartered (sebelah Pavilion), i will take lrt and stop dkt stesen klcc and walk to Menara Standard Chartered. Even though boleh je ambik monorail yg mmg berhenti depan ofis tu. Then balik pun I will walk to lrt klcc.
Another example, during lunch time i mmg bawak bekal hari2, so that reduced so much time dari borak2 kosong dgn officemates. After eating, i will do brisk walking area my ofis.

Yes. Itu pun nasib baik kerja iols kena uruskan dua team dekat Level berbeza. Kalau tidak mmg sit for hours juga. That’s why tak kisah pun kena park jauh.
Kerja duduk. naik kereta duduk. release stress tgk movie duduk. gaming duduk. makan duduk. dah la aku ni memang x aktif.. nak bersenam pun alahai. esoknya hilang tah kemana azam bersenam tu..
yes....dah 10 tahun dapat keje yang memang spesis duduk ngadap pc je..baru sejak2 setengah thn lps cuba ubah skit sbb BP tinggi...workout lps balik keje n weekend...kat opis mula guna tangga instead of lif....mula2 ketar lutut...lama2 ok dah...

Tengok motivasi, kejap active gila, kejap melepek tido memanjang. Bila active, i can go hiking, and hit the gym for 2 hours. Bila tido boleh tido setengah hari.

a big NO.personally, i started my exercise habit with the special program around 6 years ago.i knew that i get burned out after a week literally every time i try to pick up exercising, so i forced myself to follow the program strictly.sometimes i would finish and really want to keep exercising, but instead i would stop and just do the program again the next day.there's this dangerous perception with exercising where you have to go big or go home, but there's no reason why you can't just lose weight slowly over a longer period of time.allow yourself to become accustomed to near daily exercise and eventually you will feel weird if you don't exercise.
based on my readings, inactivity is the real culprit why we gain weight.the only way to avoid this is by being active and proactive.a good diet is one way, but there should always be activities that will help burn excess calories.by the way try finding equipment that may help while in the office.you can start schedule exercise into your week.decades of sitting most of the time won't just leave you weak, it gives you all kinds of pain that becomes chronic.then you have another excuse to be sedentary, your body wastes away even more, pain increases.don't let that vicious cycle even start.
go to the gym and exercise.pick up a sport or martial art.walk to locations (if possible).take public transportation when you can.drink a lot of water, this makes you get up to get more water and makes you get up to go pee go for walks or jogs.

brader2 dan sister2 boleh amalkan rutin taiso ni.on youtube ikut secara visual.jangan malu jangan segan.kalau ada yang tertawakan kita(colleague)zahirkan jari tengah dan tepeklah ke dahi mereka.
