Sama macam masalah iols tengah hadapi. Tempat keje sekarang memang selesa cuma tu lah growth tu slow or semacam x nampak aje. Sekarang tengah berperang dengan diri sendiri wheter i should just resign next year if x dapat naik gred or should i just stay?
Iols dah kerja tempat sama ni dah masuk 5 tahun, mmg x pernah keje tempat lain, my first job. Tahun lepas interview untuk naik gred, tapi sebab iols ni support team, dorang kena dahulukan orang project so iols x naik lah. Aduh frust gle beb. Tapi mikir sebab selesa kat tempat tu i stay lg. Dah lah xdpt naik, appraisal plak confirmed sign ng boss dapat B, Eh bila dapat bonus dapat C. Macam hampeh. Alasan sebab bell curve x lawa, ramai na dapat B, group company bising.
Belum cite konon keje kita napak x give impact kat company, tapi sebab comfort zone i stay. Lagi2 bila ada anak kecik. Flexible jugak lah boleh cakap. Boleh datang lambat sikit, keluar kejap pegi klinik bagai utk anak. Benefits okay; company sediakan insurance setiap sorg family members.
Tapi tulah... u berada di comfort zone u, nut no growth. I dont know what i should do. Nak pindah keje now macam susah. |

Depend pd career path. Klu aim nk income lebih besar and career growth go for opportunity. Biasa bila income lebih besar, akan dtg dgn tanggungjawab yg lebih besar. Awal2 mayb kita struggle tp give ourselve sometime for us to adapt to the new role and new environment. Biasala mn2 tmpt keje pon ada pros and cons here and there. I.e: parking lot issue etc.
Unless klu kita mmg dh rasa nk settle down. Dah Xkesah dgn gaji or career growth sbb dh capai kepuasan dlm career then choose comfort zone. Boleh keje dgn bertenang2. Xyah struggle2 dh. Anyway good luck. |

comfort zone of course! comfort zone tu berkait rapat dengan emosi & mental health. tapi selalunya komitmen diluar situasi kerja (cth: buat loan nk beli kereta beli rumah) membuatkan seseorg tu kena keluar dari comfort zone. kalau nasib baik, dapat masuk balik ke comfort zone..kalau x, hadap jela demi sebuah kehidupan. |
