why dont u ask your sister to take mrt and you fetch her at kl sentral..
suka hati aje dia nak arrange plan kita.

Try jtk kalau ir department memang kena Ada loss of employment dulu.usually I Akan suruh pekerja Cari apa lagi possible problem cth, bayar gaji lambat ke apa or any HR related. Then pergi report ke jtk, biar dia orang dtg audit. Lagi ramai complaint or lagi byk kesalahan dia orang buat lagi bagus. Then I selalu suruh employee ni hasut2 union. Kehkehkeh.

True. I Rasa most Malaysians tak sedar hak2 dia orang bawah labour law. I tak tahu MCM mana nak increase the awareness among Malaysians sebab I pernah propose benda ni Kan tapi selalu Kena reject. The less people know, the less headache and cases for everyone. Hahaha.

Hmmm Isu apa eh? Kes2 ir ni complicated and Kena tgk cases to case basis. I pernah handle employer and employee and so far sebenarnya you Kena Ada strategi. I punya advice you Kena tahu kekuatan and kelemahan kes you in order to know you should proceed or not.
Reputation you affected? depends sebab Ada je kes Yang take some time so sebelum Nama you dalam sistem you boleh Cari kerja siap2. Tak semua hr check pun previous history. And kalau you fight for your right, why not Kan? Tapi kalau kes you strong, I Rasa just take the bullet. |

Yang sebenarnya2, mana boleh majikan paksa employees utilize annual leave. Forced leave itu Ada lah terma Yang company wujudkan n dibanyangi annual leave. Supposedly kalau company nak tutup, dia orang lah declare holiday. Kadang2 employees Kena berani fight juga Tanya hr kat bahagian celah mana Kata Kena ambil forced leave. One of the reasons employer suka ambil kesempatan adalah dia tahu Yang rakyat Malaysia baik Hati tak melawan, malas nak melawan( ni kata2 boss cina bila I bual2 ngan dia orang)
Orang Malaysia ni lagi satu bila dah buat law tak nak ikut , tak nak praktis. Cth, gaji minimum dah Ada Kan? Tapi kenapa bila tadika taska offer gaji below 1k, Kita tak marah, Kita MCM tak apa, I suka budak2. Bila orang sentiasa tak kisah, majikan tahu Yang employees desperate. Hence, no need to comply to anything.

kene amik cuti panjang tu core leave especially cuti entitlement lebih 18hari... sbb xnak staff amalkan asek amik cuti selit tiap/sume perayaan kaut pastu jenis staff sambung MC.. pastu tiap bulan tiap minggu cuti atau MC... HR amalkan cuti panjg terus... nk keje buat cara keje katenye else get ur own freedom somewhere else...
kekadang geram jgk... gara2 2 3 staff history perangai gitu.. terus HR kenal kan long leave kt sume org.. kekonon cepat habis cuti AL bole laa staff concentrate keje gitu..
