Dr say, gula bg penghidap gerd, ibs diaorg xgalakkan ambil gula putih, tp blh tukar brown sugar, coconut sugar, molasses ke, sbb gula putih ni ambil skit ok la. Tp lg bgs kalau ambil yg saya sebut kt atas tu.. Yes nasi lg baik dari org yg kdg2 nk diet tp nasi xnk mkn, dia g makan subway or roti, kecuali tukar kw gluten free bread, sbb gluten bahaya utk org yg perut dia ada masalah or eczema. Eh dah kenapa aku pulak bg tips ni

btw IF n kira kalori tu bagus la..kadang kalu aku rajin aku buat IF kadang kelaut gak tapi aku memang kira kalori..max 1200kal tpi slalu aku target 1000kal ke bawah kalu nk cpat turun..alhamdulillah da 2mgu ni wlaupun trun stakat 3-4kg je tapi saiz pakaian even cincin aku da loose skang ni..

lebih baik tak tengok daripada tengok
cukup la mengetahui saiz kita lebih kurang.

patut lah Kurex mengalami gangguan sexual tapi ternyata Kurex lebih menarik sbb last 10 yrs ni aku tak mendapat gangguan sexual pun (alhamdulillah).. ke aku tak perasan? biasa lah pmpuan dah terbiasa

sebulan.. lepas makan jangan la kau terus minum air, kau biarkan setengah jam baru minum. lepas makan jangan duduk terus,  kau banyakkan jalan / senaman ringan. perut memang susah hilang. tak payah 6pax pun ok asalkan fit. makan ikut keperluan, bukan kehendak..

Kau diet x makan nasi mmg kurus cepat.. tapi bila kau dah kurus.. kau start makan nasi.. mendadak tubuh kau naik.. betul x? Sebab org berpengalaman bgtahu Hihihi...

tu je ke ko buat? cepat betul turun tu. mcm mudah betul. bertuah ko.
aku mkn mmg tgh diet. kurangkn apa yg aku mkn tu.
aku part lain2 da ada la nampak curves tp tang perut.. adoyaii.. klu tahan napas keraskn, ada la bayang2 4 pax jek. hahaha

utk permulaan diet kalau ambil karbohidrat pd had kuantiti tertentu dan tinggalkan terus gula mmg boleh cepat turun berat
aku dulu dlm 2 mggu saja dah hilang 10kg, tp kena aktif jg la, mcm aku naik turun tangga office je (5 tingkat)

lps dah turun tu korang pandai2 la diet suku2 separuh ke, kalori ke

Boleh share apa meals yang u makan?
I nak turun dlm 2 kg aje. Skrg ni rasa perut buncit.

Meollss wat IF 16-8..start mkan 1pm-9pm. Elakkan mkn bergoreng (kalau boleh), kira kalori sehari dlm 1200cal max (tapi aku mostly 1000cal below), balik kerja buat senaman HIIT 30mnit (boleh refer ytube)..tapi ni cuti ni aku cm payah lak nk diet sbab byk kenduri..kang xmkan kena kecam lak..uhuk3

Ur welcome..kdg mkan ade gak bergoreng tapi try to avoid it..sbb mkanan bergoreng kalori tggi..klu nk cpat kenyang sllu aku buat sup, bli wrap n buat cm ala2 sandwich wrap tu..
