susah bebenor nak apply dkt bank ni ye. kalau mana yg record ctos or ccris tak cantek or maybe kena blacklist ke auto kena reject sia sia hahahah

hong leong tu offer 3.7 - 3.75, tapi iolls punya credit scoring cantik so cam hape je rate tu so tunggu la bank lain call dulu

iolls tadi dia suruh isi form je, document lain semua agent da tolong submit

dapat offer hong leong tu 3.7 - 3.75, tapi nak tunggu bank lain dulu

credit scoring cantek dpt ah ceni. tp tulah hong leong ni tah kalau gaji rendah mcm saya lepas ke tak haha lg org yg record tk clean mmg payah wei. nasib loan dkt yayasan dia boleh kasi walaupun kau blacklist. dia kasi utk org blacklist pun sbb utk goverment staff and badan berkanun je. so diorang nk lari mana org kerajaan kot hahahah. Member cakap dia syariah compliant so confident sikit nak apply dkt company ni

First, kena tahu kelayakan loan dulu. Contoh gaji RM2300.
Kelayakan loan: Gaji tolak RM1200 (kos sara hidup. depend pada bank amaun ni) tolak komitmen.

Contoh: RM2300 -RM1200 - komitmen ASB RM300 = RM800

Jadi, boleh apply loan sehingga RM800 sebulan.

Second, baru cari harga rumah yang layak dengan loan.
boleh check guna loan calculator ini https://www.propertyguru.com.my/mortgage/home-loan-calculator

Let say harga rumah RM220,000. Deposit 10% iaitu RM20,000.
Jadi loan RM200,000.
Rate semasa 3.0% - 3.3%
Loan term 35 tahun.

selepas calculate, dapatlah loan RM804 sebulan. Maknanya dengan gaji RM2300, boleh lah beli rumah yang berharga RM200-220K.

Third, carila rumah dalam range harga tersebut.
