Tak minat makan kuah banjir.
Kalau nak makan jenis berkuah , suka bihun sup/mi kari.

Makan bersulam air ni kadang2 buat perut cepat sebu

Yeaszzz...iols pun klu mkn nasi sure gemuk...padahal sehari mkn 2 pinggan je..tu pun separuh...tp tetap la rasa gemuksss...dan aku aktif je gerak sana sini...kuah banjir tu takde..gula putih pun cut

Bukan jenis kuah banjir.. tapi ratah kuah bersama lauk.. uihhh padu bak ang.. sesudu kuah bersama ikan.. ulang ulang... aihhhh lagi satu makan roti buku cicah kari.. mkn roti hupseng celop kari.. adeshhhhhh

Susah nak buang tabiat gini nih...

Alaa yeke. Aku pulak suka makan nasik dengan kuah cam sup ke asam pedas ke. Sure tenggelam nasik tu dengan kuah sup. Baru syok makan. Sekali kuah2 aku hirup

kuah tu banyak kalori rupanya.... tak ada rupa karbo pun

satu sudu kuah ~100kcal
baik makan nasi kering cubit2 lauk letak sambal sikit pon layan

Aku suka roti canai banjir tp jrg la mkn. Lg satu, klu mkn nasik dgn sup/tomyam pun, aku suka banjirkan. Lain2 kuah x termasuk.

X semestinya yg gemuk tu x aktif..kwn2 i yg berbdn besar semua aktif dan rajin kerja..lebih rajin dr i yg kurus ni....yg penting for me sikap seseorang tapi diakui lah..yg berbdn besar kebykannya kuat mkn dan suka masak juga...termsk mkn roti canai banjir.hehe
