Duit i pun tak banyak mana u.. But still sedih bila tiba2 hilang macam ni.. Duit hasil titik peluh sendiri..

Wave tu bagus tak perlu tekan pin, tapi kalau tercicir ke kad matilanak.. orang boleh wave2 je kad beli apa2 bawah RM200-250 kan? susah bila orang terdesak hidup panjang la akal nak scam sana sini mencopet sana sini melainkan kita yang lalai tak jaga bag jaga dompet. Moga dijauhkan lah

Sis.. i hilang amount sama nov 2020.. tapi i tak dapat sms.. and duit tu floating almost 2 weeks.. transaction tu tak nampak pun dalam statement.. i call customer service and they checked for me.. bila i cakap i tak guna apple and takda sebab nak buat purchased, then dia advise i utk immediate block card and kena buat baru.. i agree.. then dia file report jugak and akan investigate

Bila i pegi buat kad baru, officer tu bagitau will take min 45 days utk investigate.. kalau tak dapat feedback, then boleh call untuk check

Since cimb ni i guna untuk akaun gaji, so i email cimb kata scam 399 ni lama dah tapi takda action taken by them.. ramai org tak dapat duit balik.. my case if i tak dapat apa2 feedback dalam masa terdekat and duit tak masuk balik dalam akaun, i akan move my salary to other bank

Luckily after few days, i check akaun and duit masuk balik. Tapi i dah tukar jugak akaun gaji. And semua password bank, shopee, apa2 online punya purchased yg i penah buat, i tukar

btw ada sapa2 boleh jelaskan tak kenapa bila i bayar guna cc or dc. walaupun hanya sekadar paywave je.. kadang2 cashier tu catat something... i rasa no kad kot.. pastu pusing card n catat something lagi.. i assume dorang catat no kad n no 3 digit belakang kad.. normal ke mcm tu?

So nak proceed setiap bayaran mmg kena amek.nombor belakang kad...
No kad yang kat depan tu mmg dah sedia tau dah dalam.sistem bila kita swipe tu...

Hi.. Sama la, i pun tak guna apple juga and bila dapat 5 sms tu memang i terkejut gila.. Yang i risaukan sebab akaun ni untuk gaji juga and bole dikatakan main account i juga.. I baru apply nak keluar duit akaun 2 kwsp untuk beli rumah, kalau lulus memang akan masuk akaun ni juga..

Bank kata investigation akan ambil masa 14 to 45 working days.. I da request untuk expedite the process.. Maybe next month onwards, i akan tukar akaun gaji ke bank lain.. Lagipun ni bukan kali pertama i ada problem dengan CIMB but this is the worst..

Bukan first time problem before this duit hilang jgk ke?better u tukar main account cpt2 n klau duit msk kt acc CIMB u trus transfer ke akaun lain..Byk tu duit u hilang

Oh sbb biasa dpt notification ad buat transaction guna cc mmg no ni yg hntr msj.tp scammer biasanya mmg guna no sma dgn yg legit tu rmai kne scam

Before this bukan duit hilang but account tiba2 flagged as inactive and gaji tak masuk bulan tu.. Company suruh check dengan CIMB but dorang tak bole explain kat i pasal issue tu.. Just cakap account tu da flagged inactive.. Bila i tanya siapa and sebab apa flagged, langsung tak bole jawab.. Sudahnya advised i to open new account.. Sakit hati masa tu sebab i sorang je yang tak dapat gaji..

Once a data is breach, the only option is to change your data. Setakat remove takkan ada guna dah sebab diorang dah ada data yang TT gunapakai sebelum ni.
Dia seolah-olah bagi kunci pada pak guard untuk jaga, tiba tiba dengar news ada pencuri buat copy kunci yang ada pada pak guard tu. Lepas tu kamu ambil balik kunci tu balik dari pak guard tanpa kamu tukar bedal/mangga yang baru. Sudah tentu la pencuri tu masih boleh masuk.

Also, next time please disable non-3D based transaction di portal bank so that any transaksi yang tak pakai OTP takkan lepas macam tu sahaja.

Sebab bila taip nombor tu
Baru la payment tu masuk dalam sistem kitorang la...
Selalunya bila dah proceed kat mesin byr kad tu..
Pastu.kita nak proceed dlm sistem pos kitorang..kena taip no kad kat belakang..
Skang dah banyak takde buat gitu
Iols jadi cashier tahun 2006 kat kenny rogers...hoho

Thanks for the advise.. Now memang rasa menyesal but lepas ni akan lebih berhati2.. By the way, macam mana nak disable non-3D based transaction tu? Kena do it online ke? I fobia sampai online banking pun i da rasa tak nak activate..
