Org takkan paham kalu dia sendiri tak kena. Bila org cakap ko pikir lebih2 ni, solat la doa la iols krik krik kan aje. |

Dia rasa macam all your muscle kat back tu macam di tarik kedalam rusuk ..
lebih sakit klu dia tarik sampai shoulder to neck
and cause you to feel like chocking ..
iols penah kena , masa tgh drive ..
ada idiot mana tak p honking and potong kete
so iol terkejut ... and terus kena back muscle spasm
at the same time , jantung pumping macam gila, and i feel little dizzy
terpaksa park kat roadside until muscle spasm tu stop ...
it lasted around 2-3 minutes ..
sbb iols tanya its panicked attack or anxiety attack ..
it happens to me 2-3 kali setahun , tapi in different situation ...
but most of the time bila terkejut ..
bukan apa takut kena heart attack je ..
so far , tak pernah lagi g jumpa doktor
sbb ada doktor bila kita ckp dia kata normal je ..
ntahla ...
tapi bila i check around mana org yg terkejut sampai kena muscle spasm ...

Tah la nok.. p la kat dokter dulu.. ataupun jumpa kaunselor klu kt tmpt kerja ada kaunselor..
Stakat overthinking saja ok lg kot.. yg x ok bila overthinking akan jd bnda bukan2 kt kita.. mcm forumer sini ckp.. jantung debor.. rsa nk pitam n lain2..

maksudnya klu p klinik biasa .. doktor tu x leh check ek
klu u p general hospital , nak ckp apa kat kaunter ? nak jumpa sapa ..

X reti plk nk crita takut x betul..
Try check up kt klinik biasa dlu n minta dokter buat surat refer ke hospital yg dipilih..
Tanya dokter tu dulu apa prosedur kna buat |

kawan aku sgt teruk anxietynya, bertahan dengan ubat penenang, x tido, sebb klu tido, akan rasa nak mati, sian sgt |

Pernah alami dlu, sbb stress kerja lagi part time study lagi, pastu putus lak ngn ex tunang, bukan setakat overthinking, depress k sampai sesak nafas kdg2. Malam2 tak boleh tidur tu normal. Sampai makan ubat tidur, bila da teruk doc refer pakar. Sebab dah kurus. Haha lepas 2-3 session ada sorang ni suggest bela kucing sbb aku ni suka kucing, aku bela dari sekor tambah 2 skrg 4 dah. Alhamdulillah slow2 okay. Katanya kucing serap negative energy kan. lepas tu dekatkan diri dgn Allah la, solat join usrah g ngaji. Nasiblah skarang dah stabil, kalau pkp mcm ni aku still macam dlu rasanya aku boleh arwah. |

iols ade masalah anxiety ni. pernah depression mcm mls nak hidup dh. alhamdullilah x de sampai tahap nak bunuh diri sebab masih waras tapi rasa nak hidup tu tak ada. siap fikir kalo mati pon tak pe la. tapi iols perasan cara iols untuk cope iols punya anxiety ni ade la dengan redha. redha seredha redhanya. bukan buat2 redha. bila redha dengan kehidupan ujian dan berserah kepada Allah 100 peratus baru rasa kurang sikit bebanan perasaan tu. |
