nak menyelit buleh....jangan mare ekkkk...:cak: antara pulut kuning dan pulut putih, maklang suka yg putih lagi, cicah ngan kelapa..sodap, kdg2 pulut makan skit jer kelapa yg banyak

umah x de periuk pengukus..nampaknyer kena try pakai periuk nasi jer ler....
x sabo nyer....

ada jual maisya pulut inti kelapa...dia bungkus cam nasi lemak tapi kecik2 jer..Kelapa tu dimasak bersama gula merah+air+garam sehingga kering.

PULUT INTI MANIS

Pulut
3 cawan pulut [basuh dan rendamkan]
4 cawan santan
sedikit garam

Masukkan semua bahan dalam loyang dan kukus selama 30 minit.


Inti Manis
1/2 biji kelapa muda [parut]
1/2 cawan gula merah
1/2 cawan gula merah1/2 cawan air
2 helai daun pandan [simpulkan]

Masukkan semuabahan dalam kuali [kalau boleh..gunakan kuali non-stik] dan masakkan sehingga inti agak kering.

Daun Pisang [untuk bungkus pulut]

Cara.
1. Bersihkan daun pisang dan potong mengikut keperluan.
2. Ambil pulut dan letakkan atas daun pisang.
3. Ambil inti kelapa manis dan letakkan atas pulut.
4. Bungkuskan pulut saperti bungkus nasi lemak.
5. Hidangkan bersama air minuman.

ooo...yg inti kelapa cam ni ka....tau lah kalau yg ni. Maisya tengok gambo Mak Lang tu yg sebelah pulut tu warna merah cam serunding tapi mak lang kata makan dgn kelapa..tu yg tanya tu...:malu:

ish! teringin plak nak buat....pulut, kelapa and gula melaka ada tu, sebab cadang nak buat kuih lopes....mmm...mana satu nak buat ye....kuih lopes ke, pulut inti ke pulut kuning......mmm....:hmm:

variasi

lagi satu cara nak serve pulut kuning/pulut inti ni selain dari taruk dlm bungkusan daun pisang..kita bleh mouldkan kecik2
yg me salu buat..guna acuan lompang je
line acuan lompang tu dgn clingwrap supaya pulut/inti tak mudah melekat
buh sket inti manis/pedas pastu masukkan pulut..tekan2 sket bagi padat tp jgn terlampau padat la
terbalikkan atas daun pisang yg dah dipotong bulat kecik2 [slightly bigger than acuan lompang]
kalau serve cara ni nampak cantik n comel je..

kak liza selalu buat dalam acuan kueh apam tu..
so adalah nampak banyak sikit...

lagipun kak liza maleh nak p cantas daun pisang yg dah tinggi menyayup kat rumah jiran tu...
