buat mee rebus pun pakai ubi keledek.

buat kuih badak - yang ada udang seketul dlm dia, dlm dia serunding - pedas2.  tapi kdg2 org meniaga guna tepung pulut je - kureeenggg skit lah.

penjan ubi .. best tu...tp sue prefer yg kari.. grg dulu ubi tu..pastu tumis bwg kecik ngan bwg putih sket, bubuh jintan sket, bubuh kari sket, perasa.... dah sebati masukkan ubi grg tu.. klu nak rebus ubi tu pun buleh gak..
sedap...

tp klu kat umah sue.. dah rebus ubi tu siap la.. mesti suruh buat sambal tumis.. mkn camtu jek ...seperiuk tak
cukup..

atok sue rajin buat kerepek ubi... potong tipis2.. pastu jemur sampai kering.. pastu grg then sira ngan gula
(mcm sira keria) or sira pedas..

sue, shida pernah tengok 2 version kerepek ubi ni. ada yang terus goreng & satu lagi macam sue cakap ni. apa bezanya ha? kenapa perlu rebus dulu pas tu hiris & keringkan. pas tu baru goreng cam biasa.

sue tak pasti plak ada yg kena rebus dulu...sbb yg sue tgk atok buat tu takyag rebus... jus
potong senipis yg bule.. then jemur 2-3 ari baru bule grg...

Dulu dulu pun masa ada ubi kat belakang rumah, selalu buat ubi rebus, lepas tu kalau ada lebih, hiris dan jemur sampai kering.
Lepas tu sira degan gula.

Yang ni Siska pernah dengar...tapi my all-time favorite is ubi rebus...cecah dgn sambal goreng atau sambal tumis..panas-panas.
