Hi....
PNS ada tawar 2 program iaitu Program Francais Siswazah dan Program Francais Wanita.Koang akan diberikan pinjaman sebanyak 90% dari modal keseluruhan utk membuka perniagaan yang koang pilih.10% lagu kowang carik la sendirik....Kalo ikotkan experience franchisee2 yang dah bukak outlet skrg ni kan...mcm2 pengorbanan diorang dah wat..ada yang pajak tanah..jual umah..jual keta sebab nak sedia kan 10% tu je.

Aha kenapa?? let say koang nak bukak secret recipe yang waiting list sampai 1000 org tu...kos dier adalah 450k...so that mean koang kene sediakan 45k je la kan (10%)? belen tu PNS bagi.tapi....xsemestinyer 10% je ko kene kua dulu sebab loan tu kan dpt lambat...masa tu ko dah kene bayar duit kat kontrektor nak wat renovation la duit tu la ni la dulu sedangkan load tu tak dapat lagi......

So atleast tepaksa la sedia kan 100k plus2 jugak.Oh ye...ada tips skit.kalo nak amik franchise..amik la brand yg masih belom top...sbb yg jenis2 dah top ni....franchisor dier kerek2 belaka...

kalo kita byk duit kita tak pyh under pns terus direct ngan mcd...sbb aku baca sendiri laman web dia...tapi kalo yg existing punya tak silap aku perlukan modal 1.5 mil.cuba korang tgk laman web dia...

McD busuk2 nak 1.5 million. tu mcm pakej yang paling rendah.
kalau apply loan ngan PUNB. diorang nak modal sendiri 20%.
kalau mcm MARA, SME Bank. Diorang nak tgk akaun kiter.

(1) NEW RESTAURANTS
The costs for starting an entirely new McDonald's restaurant can be anything between RM1.5 million to RM3.5 million. The costs also depend on the restaurant size and type, its location, style of d閏or and landscaping.

Initial Costs
(A) USD 45,000 (approximately RM171,000, subject to prevailing exchange rate)
Franchise fee paid upon or prior to the commencement of the franchise.
(B) RM45,000 - RM70,000
Interest-free security deposit for the faithful performance of the franchise (approximately 2 months' deposit for service fee, royalty and marketing contribution or 3 months' rental deposit), refundable upon the expiration of the franchise.
(C) RM200,000 - RM250,000
Pre-opening expenses - Staff training and salaries, stock trading, living expenses while training and other normal start-up costs.
(D) RM900,000
Approximate cost of kitchen equipment, signage, seating, decor and landscaping paid to individual suppliers.
(E) RM600,000 to RM2 million
[depending on store type (Drive Thru, Mall, Oil Alliance or Shop Front)]
Approximate cost of all civil works, ventilation system and renovations to the premises paid to individual contractors (Applicable for Developmental Franchise Only).
(F) Other Miscellaneous Costs
Stamp duty (paid to the government) is assessed on necessary documentation and is paid by the franchisee in addition to the working capital required.

Legal fees are paid by the franchisee to cover the preparation of the franchise documentation
