    Betul tu maklang, tapi suka guna coklat compund je sebab senang sikit. Masa nak cairkan coklat compound tu saya guna air panas je dan air panas tu saya letak dalam baldi kecil ( saya beli RM1.00  sebiji)- kalu ada warmer lagi elok rasanya. dan  mangkuk stainless steel ( RM3.90 - tesco).

Yuppp....kat pack dia ada tulis compound chocolate...1 kg dalam 15-18.00
dia ada banyak jenis..yg coklat perisa coklat, coklat putih, coklat berasa susu, coklat orange,pink(strawbery kot) dll...beryl nyer brand pun ok..sedap

    mklang suka guna courverture tu je...spt dlm resepi chef khairi tu...100% real choc. tu tp rege biasa le..mahal le skit kalo nak sedap...tp choc. grade 3 tu tak payah le...manis giler kalo wat choc. tu.

wahhhh...sgt membantu....tq mak lang....tapi nak tanyer.....couvetoure nie lagi best dari compound ekk......tapi tgk ramai pakai compund jer.....couvetoure nie mesti lagi mahal kan......???

satu lagi kalau kiter nak buat coklat tapi inti macam jem ke boleh jugak kan.....yerlah nak kena modified sket lah......selalu buh badam atau kacang jer kan......brapa lama tahan home made choc nie yer....???

brand apa yg best utk couveture ngan compound.......takder ker brand hersyies (tak tau eja)......terbayang coklat dier yang best tuh......posa..posa...

    kalau nak guna warmer pun bleh tp masa mklang belajar ngan chef tu, dia buat secara double boiler je tp bila dah msk w/cream tu dia pegang periuk tu tinggi skitlah, takdelah direct kat api betui2...

choc. praline ni ialah choc. yg kecil2 dan ada filling didalamnya....filling tu guna choc.dip bukan compound ye...compound tu utk salutan di part luar aje....

bagi yg baru nak belajar wat choc. ni elok le join mana2 kelas yg murah2 dulu supaya tau teknik nak buat camner...nak citer kat sini pun mklang tak baper reti....
