Cik.Panda ada bermacam makanan yg healthy.  Tak semestinya makanan yg baik untuk kita tak sedap.  Kat board ni pun ada thread on healthy food.  

Figure what your favourite healthy food are and work around it.  Can be done.....

What I meant is, kat board Makanan ni ada thread about healthy food.  Kena kalih pages kalau nak cari.....something called `sihat' ke apa entah.

oooo...camtu ek....ni baru tau..ingatkan oats tu la makanan yg sihat .....tak dek apa2 kesan yg merbahayakan kesihatan....ropanya ada jugek...

tapi me suka oats tu selain mengenyangkan.....nak membuang pun senang...tu yg suka mkn oats tu....memula dolu tak caye...camne la bleh kenyang mkn mende tu tetiba satu ari tu try mkn/minum pastu dah hampir thgari terpkir nape tak lapor mcm nak rak cam selalu2 tuh ropanya pagi tu sarapan oats jer...pastu baru ler caye......

bab cereals tu tak terpikir nak try ...bukan apa bebudak kat umah ni pakat ratah je mende tuh ...huhuhuhu tak sempat wat sarapan...

ok la basically aku rasa mmg tak cukup, but kena cover dgn susu berbijirin ke lagi kan, aku bukan apa takmo plak yg jenis kenyang sgt, gamaknye sampai lunch nnt tak lapar, but then lapar lmbt dlm kul 2 ke 3 ptg, lagi masalah

Tu pun ok gak. Lagi satu. Dolu2 waktu time blajar konon nk diet n jimat duit, i wat camni wat air milo and bubuh nestum wat pekat2. Kalau nk bg kenyang sikit, makan la ngan roti wholemeal atau cicah biskut. kenyang juga

putri nak share 1 lg cara...panaskan oat dalam fresh milk...ltk atas dapur...guna api slow...kalau ada slow cooker, lg bagus...bila dia dah hancur, kembang..ley la ngap...ltk la gula skit nak bg ada rasa...putri dah start mkn ni hampir 2 weeks...ni gak altnative tuk turunkan
berat badan..b4 this putri ngap ngan air milo...tapi ari tu dok hotel, depa bg oa t porridge ni..
bila mkn rasa bst la pulak...balk rumah, terus buat...
alhamdulillah tuk 1 bowl oat tu, dlm 4tbs oats ...kenyang sampai ke ptg...nak makan lunch pon, mcm tak lalu jer

kalau cereal..i rasa yang cepat buat lapar balik sebab kandungan gula yang tinggi jerk dlm cereal
tapi fibre tak banyak
actually fibre yang byk tlg kita kenyang lama
although cereal nampak mcm sihat
tapi u kene watch out kandungan gula dalam cereal( xsilap i macam honey star tue quite tinggi gula dia)
sometimes ader cereal yang claim HEALTHY n etc but SUGAR CONTENT...walaweh tinggi
yang so far i know ok utk diet n slim ialah
kellogs special K and nestle yang fitness tuh
but certain of my friend kata,,too sweet
so u adjust according to yourself lah
but for me oat also the best choice for long term
sebab kurang rasa lapar if makan oat
i suka cara tradisional
kdg2 masak oat buh sayur ckit, kobis@carrot or sawi
then tabur ikan bilis, kicap+ cili padi
sebab i tak prefer oat yang manis
kalau suka manis leh campur, cinnamon powder, raisins n susu low fat
so rasa lemak2 ckt
just my 2 cents here
