?? maksudnya, refinance ke pinjaman kerajaan jugak or refinance ke bank ?
Refinance dr pinjaman kerajaan ke pinjaman bank ...

umur ? berapa tahun nak buat ? convensional atau islmic ? ambik mrta atau tidak ?
Umur 35 tahun ... Pinjaman 28 tahun ... Convensional atau islamik (mana lebih baik - boleh syorkan) ... Ambik mrta kot (Cadangan)...

BEST dari segi aper ? byk criteria / produk yg ditawarkan.... tapi sekarang kalau utk loan rm150k, biarlah at least BLR - 2.0
Yang paling penting bayaran bulanan paling kurang ... Bank apa ya ... ??

Satu lagi nak tanya ... Kalau BLR CIMB sekarang 5.5% , BFR -2.05% maknanya 5.5% - 2.05% = 3.45% interest setahun ... Betul tak ?? Kalau salah maap

u nak refinance utk ambil extra duit la ni.


Umur 35 tahun ... Pinjaman 28 tahun ... Convensional atau islamik (mana lebih baik - boleh syorkan) ... Ambik mrta kot (Cadangan)...

majority bank offer sampai umur 65 tahun kecuali Pbank utk 70 tahun and Afiinbank utk 75tahyn. better ambik mrta tapi lah tenure mrta jangan sama dgn loan sebab bila u pencen, u boleh setle loan dgn duit graduity nanti. pasal convensional n islamic, tak berani nak recommen, better baca kat thread ni, byk dah dibincangkan pasal HL ni..

nak bayaran rendah, tenure pinjaman kena tinggi la.

dulu2 bank officer bg tau islamic loan profitnya mestilah fixed rate sbb ianya adalah dikira berdasarkan harga masa depan yg sudah dipersetujui semasa akad by both parties. tak tahulah klu skrg ada fatwa baru yg islamic loan pun boleh fluctuate ikut OPR mcm konvensional.

refinance umah ni...bukan semuanya untung...kena tgk gak berapa rega/mrkt yg bole pegi...
Then tgk jugak berapa loan yg korang amik...

Kalo takat nak refinance umah low cost yg bawah RM60K...amat tidak bebaloi..

aku tak bleh nak refinance lagi, sebab log off kena sekurang2nya 5thn kalo tak kena penalty 3% dari harga asal, banyak gak tu penalty kat 8k, aku dah set up fix untuk 3 thn 4.7 lepas 3 thn baru BLR - 1.6, nyesal plak pilih fix, ingatkan BLR nak melambung kaw kaw, sekali turun kaw kaw

assume ko ni perempuan, then nape tak join loan dgn hubby jea utk loan baru...
aku rasa ko tak silap langkah,  rasa masa 3 tahun lepas, conventional paling tinggi pun BLR ++ lagi. sebab aku ambik loan 3 tahun lepas rate dia mcm tu...n BLR pun dalam 6++ %.

aku dulu buat loan maybank islamic fix rate 7.75 sekarang tengah apply cimb buat conventional dlm blr sekarang 3.66% ..tempoh pinjaman plak dipendekkan jadi 15 tahun berbanding dulu 30 thn

i apply ngan RHB islamic drp 21/4 until sekrang tak approve2 lagi. Bila check ngan staff HQ, dorang kata sume ok cuma tunggu approval jer. I dah dok follow up tetiap hari since last 2 weeks, pun tak jalan2 gak. Rasa mcm dah penat & give up sgt. Dorang tu sume tak efficient langsung!:@ :@ :@ :@ :@

RM50,000 - personal loan

RM100,000 - Housing loan  

antara Personal Loan ngan Housing Loan mana yang lebih murah?

amik kt cimb la bro...wa submit dokumen arini,next week dah tau keputusan...mmg efisen..wa amik pakej islamic flexi loan...260k utk 30thn...bln2 dlm 1.2k
