Jenis Kotak..
JENIS BOX CARTON
1) Regular Slotted Carton
 
All flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps (normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container's width, so that they meet at the center of the box when folded. Highly efficient design for many applications
2) Full OverLap slotted container
Has flaps which are all the same length and equal to the width of the box. This style is resistant to rough handling
3) TRAY
Are flat scored and slotted sheets that when folded, form a lid to carry products. Sides are glued, taped or stapled to maintain shape
4) OPF or "One Piece Folders"
are often referred to "book folders" or "iron cross mailers". Products packed this way include printed matter, electrical circuitry, and books.
5) OLSC or "OverLap Slotted Container"
The outer flaps extend partially across the width. This style is used to enhance the cushioning effect top and bottom
6) FULL TELESCOPING STYLE
Two scored and slotted trays are made to fit inside one another to package items when depth is an issue and the item needs corner protection
7) DIE CUT
Custom die cutting is used for a wide range of applications and involves creating a die to stamp items from plain or printed sheet stock. For unique designs; angular, circular, or other unusual cuts, slots, scores, perforations and embossing can be made many times from stock with a die-board. The most common uses of die cutting are to create displays, mailers or interior packaging pieces that hold item in place during shipping
8) SELF-LOCKING DIE CUT
A box that utilizes die cut tabs that slip into slots to secure the box openings so that no tape, staples or banding is necessary. Some edges can be factory-glued for easy assembly
9)STORAGE FILE BOX
A combination of styles utilizing an HSC and a tray, this denotes a particular style of die cut that is reinforced with fold-down edges to support hanging file folders. The bottom of the HSC is self-locking |

LABELING DAN PRINTING ATAS KOTAK..
Untuk mencantikan dan menambahkan ciri-ciri komersial sesuatu kotak, labelling dan printing adalah salah satu caranya..
Labelling yang agak mahal - litho printing (offset printing)
grafik akan diprint di atas satu kertas 80# litho. Satu lapisan nipis akan di laminate pada permukaan kotak. Boleh order la nak glossy ataupun matte...full color printing . Boleh print gambar foto pada permukaan kotak..
Labelling yang agak murah..- Flexo printing
lebih kurang mcm cop jee..tak boleh buat grafik rumit.. |

Selalunya kalau nak order kotak ni minimum kuantiti tu 1000 dan ke atas..
kalau nak order bawah daripada tu harganya akan jadik mahal ... |

Supplier kotak tu korang cari je dalam buku yellow pages..atau pun online yellowpages..( sebab keperluan kotak, saiz yang diperlukan dan kegunaan berbeza-beza untuk setiap orang/usahawan...)
gunakan info2 yang diberikan kat atas tu untuk mintak quotation dari diorang...
mintak ler quotation dari beberapa supplier dan bandingkan la sendiri mana yang terbaik.. |

hi..saya ada contact no supplier utk sape2 yg kotak ikut design yg korang nak.., da penah beli ngan supplier ni...quotation dia ok, service pun bagus..utk design kotak kita leh bg idea kat supplier ni then dia leh wat ikut yg mana kita nak..mmg puas ati la...selain kotak supplier yg i kenal ni dia leh supply bubble pack ikut design kita...kalau berminat leh contact supplier ni
