penah terbaca kalu nak cepat guna pressure cooker...dlm stgh jam jadik....tapi me tak peronahnya membuat sbb takdek pressure cooker...nak rebus gitu jer maleh plak sbb lama sgt

hahhaha..ingt kn kite je rsa mcm tu..rupernye ada geng. so far..kita x ada lah nak sohor sgt dulce leche ni(lain org lain pdgn & teaste)..just tahu buat & pnh rsa..lps ni x mo buat..sbb tekak ku rsa benda tu sama je dgn susu pekat kaler putih..beza kaler aje.kemanisan tetap sama..
bila try bncuh nescafe buh dulce..bila try minum sikit rsa x sdp..sudahnye x minum hbis...balance buat kek marble dulce,1/2tin x terusik lg dlm peti ais

akak tak simpan dlm tin..3/4 isi dh transfer ke dlm bekas lain..ada 1/4 yg tinggal dlm tin..akak buat sapu atas roti aje..masih tercari2 idea nak buat ape dgn dulce leche ni..ntah2 penyudahnya kene buat sapu roti aje..hikhikhik

hehehe....dah buat dah tadi....3 jam jugakla pakai rice cooker....x sabo2 masa tgh panas bukak...opocot terpercik skit isi dia....hehehe...maklumla panas lg...bila rasa adala rasa mcm pretzel aut anne....dah 2 plak lupa lg....masa tgh panas2 masukkan dlm bekas plastik....bila tengok balik ayo-yo....sudah senget tapak plastik 2....huhuhu....sabar jela....

sy penah buat Dulce le leche ni.
pakai susu pekat manis cap teko.
masak pakai pressure cooker.
tak lama pun, dalam 45 minit je.
tapi dalam masa tgh dok masak tu, takut jugak la kalau tin susu tu meletup!
naya je kena marah! eheheh..
rasa dia ok la..
masak 3 tin, skang ada balance lg 1 tin...
