fyhan88 - 207k 30 year and 207k -> 920 (kalau blr- 2.2,30 years,207k, monthly is 1040+-)

fyhan..

for u info sy sbenarnya dh serik nk deal ngan person selain dr bank. I have bad experience on it..last time sy pernah deal ngan somebody thru internet..he said that he work with uob and could help me refinance my house...i trust him and give all the required documents...after everything complete...he disappeared !! I call and text him so many times but he not answered...Could u imagine how frustrated i was

Yes,i heard a lot of that kind of story,but it doesnt mean that i also do the same..i have my own company,if i fraud or cheat you,then you can straight away call my company to complain about me..
just for your infomation,im islam,so kalau saya tipu mean saya buat keje xhalal..untuk pengetahuan inuyasha,setakat tiada satu pon client saya complaint yang saya tipu..
you try my services first,if you think im like the person who cheat you,then miss boleh straight away call boss saya..

selalunya org refinance sbb nak dpt monthly payment lebih rendah..so lebihan cash bleh buat pakai utk benda lain..
ada gak refinance sbb nak dpt better interest...

kak lid nak tanya ... ko terer ek bab re-finance ni? rasa terliur jugak nak refinance  rumah kaklid ni ... baki hutang tinggal rm80k .. bulanan sekarang rm650 ada lagi 14 tahun  .... bank pernah cakap nilai rumah kaklid bih kurang rm300k .... ko rasa2 ... bagus ke kalau kak lid refinance? Apa pro n cons dia?

kalau nak refinance, akak akan dapat 90%*mv=270k...jadi hutang baru dgn bank jadi 270k la...

Daripada 270k yg bank bagi tu, bank akak bayarkan settlement dgn bank sebelumnya iaitu 80k tadi...jadi, berapa akak dapat cash in hand tu??270-80=190k...

Jadi , pi la letak 190k tu kat BR,KPF,ASB,TH atau mana mana yg akak suka...

Prosnya-dapat cash in hand, cash in hand ni boleh invest kat tempat yg generate hugher income...kalau asb, assume 7% setahun akak dapat 13,300 setahun...

Cons-hutang dgn bank bertambah,bayarn bulanan yg baru cuba akak try riki kat bank kot,sush sikit nak kira sebab melibatkan blr-promo bank, term yg bank tu offer and of course umur akak sendiri..

..ishhhh ,,, risau jugak bila banyak cash kat tangan ni ..... kena betul2 disiplin sebab bayaran bulanan harus double tripple dari sekarang sebab akakpun dah 46 tahun ... boleh amik sampai 60 tahun je kan?

ade bank offer smo 70 tahun, tak pasti bank mana, dan mesti ade t&c punye...maksudnya akak hanya boleh buat 14 tahun je la kalau max bank bg 60 tahun kan...takpe, kalau 14 tahun, actually boleh buat 7 tahun je tu kak...ce gugel ...ade beberapa teknik untuk mengurangkan tempoh pinjaman
