bayar downpayment banyak sket... bleh laa eligible untuk yg lebih mahal lagi..
kalu ada rezeki lebih...beli jer cash... lagi tak perlu risau pasal bank

kalu beli cash..takut lembaga dtg la..lembaga hasil

mungkin bole split beli 2/3 umah dgn loan..then selling it for future investment, bole dpt another cash lg..make sure good location too..
