Good info.. dh 30's ni metabolisme makin rendah. So mmg kena control bab mkn ni. Make sure semuanya bersederhana kalo x mmg bdn cepat je naik. Bila nk naik tu susah plak turun. Mulala cepat letih,  mengantuk, malas semua ada :lol

now dah consume vit E. epo dh stop tp tukar kpd GLA.
tp ad eorg ckp mkn GLA/EPO badan jdi naik sbb selera makin bertambah. ye ke?

tak lar epo/gla tak naikkan badan lar...aku mkn dah berpuluh tahun tak gemuk2 pon..kalo mkn vit c n b complex tu yer badan cpt naik..

Setuju..kalo muda2 dulu exercise sikit je berat dah turun. Ni skang diet, exercise..tapi lemak kat peha & perut ni tak berganjak2..
