Nak refinance rumah pun boleh. tapi tolong baca yg ini dulu. ade ia jelaskan bila mmg patut refinance utk langsaikan hutang. jgn terpedaya kpd salesman semo yg dpt komisyen

gw nasihatkan ade duit, jgn ambik ASB loan lagi. ko dah hutang sampai x tahan dah

nak refinance sbb nak amik cash...  lock in period 3 thn... umah aku ni belum lagi 3 thn..

soo ...

refinance sbb nak clear bad debt yg interest tinggi memang digalakkan. utk aku sendiri, aku refinance utk dptkan levarage utk new investments, bukannya utk clear hutang. tp utk mrk yg dah terjebak dgn hutang interest tinggi tu, refinance adalah salah satu kaedah utk escape...wlpn bukan sepenuhnya.  penalty nomally 2-5% dari TOTAL loan amt. pastikan interest rate yg baru lebih rendah dr loan asal, ambil kira kos guaman (lawyer fees utk terminate 1st loan & lawyer fees utk loan baru), duti setem etc etc... dan yg paling penting faktor umur, umur menentukan berapa pjg boleh tarik loan baru... klu x tak berbaloi.

aku dapat duit... cover utang2 personal loan aku yg interest more than 10% t ...

kesian awak True... loan ASB tu boleh jual kan? boleh kurangkan expenses loan awak

Lebih krg mcm kes aku TT ni
Dulu org kata, buat refinance utk cover utang lapuk
Bila aku nak refinance, nama plak blacklist sbb utang lapuk huhuh
Instead gali lubang kambus lubang
Better tambah income
Buat pening kepala hutang keliling pinggang

kalo nak cover utang lain, refinance umah mmg paling baloi bab interest rate utk housing loan mmg paling rendah dibandingkan ngan pinjaman berjenis lain. kalo baca artikel nih, mmg digalakkan oleh pakar2 utk amek refinance umah utk "debt consolidation" atau "debt restructuring".

tapi kalo dah hutang lapuk tuh, susah nak dapat approval. payah
