http://www.msqh.com.my/msqh/ct-m ... -21/ct-menu-item-33

Kami suka melahirkan di sini sbb adanya seorang doktor pakar puan terbaik di negeri sembilan namanya dr.Yang.kepakarannya diakui ramai doktor2 lain dari swasta hingga doktok kerajaan.kalau beranak melalui pembedahan, perut tak buncit pun dan parut amatlahh kecik.sebab semata2 nak bersalin dgn dr Yang ni,sanggup dan terpaksa la lepak kat hospital chinese maternity ni yg mcm tpt berpuaka.bygkan mlm2 bila nak keluar beli barang kat luar hospital, mak aihh..dgn pokok besar2 keliling area parking.dgn takde kereta lain selain kereta aku kat situ, dgn guard tah mana...mmg tegak bulu roma setegak2nya.
Tapi baru2 ni dia dah pindah ke hospital SALAM Senawang.cayyokk.. |

Hospital standstill: The Emergency and Trauma section of the NSCMH Medical Centre is empty after the Health Ministry directed the hospital not to accept inpatients.
SEREMBAN, 24 November : Thirteen patients warded at the Negri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital and Medical Centre (NSCMH Medical Centre) have either been moved to a nearby hospital or returned home after the medical centre was ordered to suspend its inpatient services.
Hospital general manager G. T. Selvam said it only had seven elderly patients on its premises.
“Their children, who are living and working elsewhere, are actually making arrangements to move them elsewhere,” he said, adding that the other patients were relocated to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital.
Appealing to the Health Ministry to rescind the order, Selvam said the management had hired a resident anaesthesiologist, obstetrician and gynaecologist and general surgeon.
“We only need to hire a resident radiologist, physician and paediatrician and should be able to comply soon. Partially closing the hospital will not help us,” he told The Star.
The hospital, which is more than 80 years old and probably the last of the Chinese maternity hospitals set up by the community for the poor, charges RM15 for outpatient treatment and RM600 for delivery and hospitalisation.
Many members of the local community, including former Deputy Education Minister and its visitors’ board chairman Datuk Hon Choon Kim, were born in the hospital set up in 1932.
Health Ministry deputy secretary-general Datuk Dr S. Jeyaindran said the NSCMH was one of 13 private hospitals issued with showcause letters this year for failing to comply with operating requirements under medical laws.
“Eleven have complied with all legal requirements and one is in the midst of doing so. Despite being in talks with the management over several months, the NSCMH has failed to give us a satisfactory explanation and grounds why operations at the hospital should not be partially suspended,” he said, stressing that the order would not be rescinded as patient safety could not be compromised.
The hospital management, said Dr Jeyaindran, should consider themselves fortunate that its licence was not revoked despite failing to resolve a slew of issues, among which were not having enough resident doctors, the alleged use of expired medicine and other administrative matters.
“The minister (Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam) has stated that we would just stop them from taking in inpatients until they rectify whatever shortcomings they have.
“If the licence has been revoked, they would have had to go through the entire process of re-applying, which is a lengthy procedure,” he said.
The hospital was almost shut down in 2006 after its debt mounted to RM6mil but a new committee managed to raise almost RM30mil, primarily through public donations, for the upgrading of the premises as well as medical equipment.
On Nov 20, the hospital was ordered not to accept any inpatients and ensure that those warded there were moved out within 48 hours.
