try buat sikit2 dulu.. ble rs senang tambah lagi... cth : mula2 buat 5... bila da kuat tmbh lg 5 so jadi 10... bila rasa 10 pon cam senang je tmbh lg 5 jd 15... sy buat cam tu la ... lama2 sy leh buat push up... tp alternate la... ladies push up...
