Should have known after a couple of actual cooking elimination challenges there'd be another baking one. The contestants can't make a simple oyster appetizer or cook a decent duck breast, but they better know how to make a friggin' birthday cake!

I might be alone in this, but even though Charlie's cake looked awful it still tasted good. I thought he shouldn't have been sent home. Shelley needs to go!! Amanda was so great, even though she messed up tonight she didn't deserve to go home. And I agree the way they sent her home was just cruel!! She already seemed sure she was leaving and then they made her think she was safe...seriously MasterChef..have a heart!
I also loved seeing Leslie from last season at the lunch!!

You know, I would have rather had a piece of Charlie's or Amanda's cake instead of Nick or Sara's boring fare. If Olivia said Charlie's was delicious I am impressed. So what if it looked like a Cat on the Hat cake? Isn't there an old saying, " The proof is in the pudding?" They dropped two creative people in favor of two mediocre ones.

Oh, and Sara is just one of those contestants who never do well enough to be considered one of the best at a challenge but never do poorly enough to be in the bottom 3. As the number left gets smaller, she's sure to show up in one group or the other pretty soon.

I don't get why Gordon needs to scream at amateur chefs. I don't get why they had to be so cruel to Amanda in the end. This show is very weird.
FYI masterchef Australia si amina tu sebenanrnya ada challenge dia dibagi pilihan masak pork atau beef cmtu la tp dia pilih nk masak pork kononnya even dia xle makan tp nak buktikan la dia leh cuba masak tu..tp last2 kena iliminate kot pasal ni tapi kat astro tak tunjuk yela kena potong la ni kwan aku keje astro cakap.
