Tt kalau tt oernah buat tabata mesti la zumba lagi tt boleh buat. Tabata tu high intensity exercise. Anyway, iolls recommend tt masuk program weight lose. Sbb nanti tt akan ada kawan dan couch, kita bila ada geng baru semangat sikit. Share masalah sama2, makan ape pagi ni, senaman sama2. Semoga tt boleh lost weight.

Sekarang memang tengah try zumba. I mcm lagi prefer zumba dari tabata. Kadang2 gedik2 buat joget hindustan ikut video clip filem zaman shahrukhkhan haha. Laki i kata mcm gloria hippo citer madagascar bila i joget but i dun care ahahaha

dari pengalam sye sndiri, sye berjaya lost weight 3-4 kg per month.
Cara yg sye amalkn:

pagi: *1 cup lemon without any sugar (b4 takes any meals)
        * Mkn Fitness cereal (small bowl mcm tu)
        * Pukul 10 am, sll minum green tea 1 cup
         * Pukul 11 am mmg kemuncak lapar sllnye, tp jgn mkn junk food, tp sye kunyah Cashew nut. (5-6 biji je)

Lunch * Minum air suam dlu b4 mkn
          * Nasi setengah senduk (lebih kecik dr penumbuk) sayur kasi lebih, lauk kalo byk minyak amik sikit je dh cukup
          * buah ptong haha

Ptg * Dlm pukul 3 pm mcm tu, minum green tea panas. Segar sikit
      * blk kerja teros jogging 4 ke 5 km

Mlm *sllnye sye mkn buah je dh ckup kenyg ..
        * kalo mkn heavy, 'ter'mkn nasi sye akn cut blk dgn minum air lemon


So tu je la yg sye amalkn setiap hari. Ok la, ada perubahan. Mula2 mmg la pyh, lama2 dh jd rutin. Disiplin paling penting.

Haha memang. Dalam video diorang buat relax aje iolls dah mcm hippo terdampar. Tapi lama2 u get the tune and rasa best! Semoga dapat body idaman cuolls yach!

Tahniah tt. Teruskan usaha ya. Pernah try tabata jugak. Sumpah rasa nak pitam. Lepas tu tak buat dah. Haha.. I buat zumba sikit2 ja.

Iols ni memang kategori yang susah jugak la nak naik berat badan. Makan pun boleh tahan. Pagi2 memang akan pekena roti canai/nasi lemak plus teh tarik. Sejak dari remaja BMI pun ok..tak pernah lebih dari 23.  Tapi start dari tahun lepas tiba2 naik sampai 6kg..biasa naik pun 1@2 kg setahun...turun n naik. Kali ni naik je..tak turun2 . Stress la jugak walaupun husband tak cakap gemuk. Iols ni bukan jenis suka beli baju tiap2 bulan.

Bukan lari tau ..jalan sambil tengok pemandangan.

buat clean diet.
makan nasi dgn kuantiti sikit2

makan kerap 6 kali meals sehari.
jgn terus cut makan nanti ko x kuatt nak tahan godaan. buat 1 hari cheatday.. paling afdal ko kirelah kalori ko mkn tu.. anggar2 aje
