dalam nie ada byk jugak kek kukus..tadik saya sempat belek utk awak..tapi so sori laa tak sempat copy link..
ada kek kukus..kek prune kukus dan kek buah-buahan kukus..
nanti senang dan rajin skett saya tolong copy utk awak..

    boleh jugak cuba cheese cake yang jenis chilled..yg nie sure mmg tak bakar punya..oh ya..sekiranya nors ada pertanyaan ttg apa2 kemusykilan..just ajukan di thread borak aje..nanti derang akan bantu carikan link untuk nors..kalau letak sebarang thread..nanti tak seswai plak..

    ni ada resepi channel....steam butter cake..

    Steam light and easy soft Butter cake

    160 gm High protein flour,sifted
    120 gm Plain flour,sifted
    1 tbsp Double action baking powder,sifted
    1 tbsp Custard powder,sifted
    240 gm castor sugar
    4 eggs, lightly beaten with a folk
    240 ml Evaporate milk
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
    160 gm Butter,melted and cooled

    Boil water in a large steamer.
    Put all ingredients except the melted butter into a large mixing bowl and mix till wel blended.
    Pour in the melted butter and stir till wel mix.
    Pour the batter into a 9 inch tin lined and greased tin then cover the top "losely" with a piece of aluminuim foil, steam at medium heat for about 45 till 50 minutes or till cooked.
    Cooled and serve.

    P/S : the batter sould be running consistency

    bab topping tu saya tak penah lagik cuba letak buttercream dsb sebab mmg tak berapa gemar sgt..
    kalau taknak letak almond on top..boleh jugak letak chocolate rice kat dlm dia..
    saya dah penah cuba nie..mmg sedap jugak!  


    kacip, thanks for the idea.  chocolate rice banyak kat umah.. idak pun ganti ngan coklat chip pun best gaks kan gamaknyer.. lain kali boley try nih. thanks

    bebop...teruja baca tread ni smlm..mlm tadi montel cuba gak..kek butter bebop..wawawa sedapnya..gebusss tau..tapi i buat cam marble..bagi budak2 syok tgk..dah tinggal separuh..tima kasih..sedap kek..senang sgt nak buat

    ni gambonya...:nerd: maklang buat 1/2 jer nih...letak 1/2 st baking powder dan 1 cup bluberi yogurt.:ting:

    ni resipi moist butter cake yg selalu sy buat....

    Moist butter cake
    2 setengah cwn tepung kek
    3 sudukecil baking pwdr
    suku sudukecil garam
    1 suku cwn gula
    tiga per empat cwn  butter,dilembutkan
    1 sudukecil vanilla
    3 biji telur
    1 cwn susu

    griskan acuan. Dlm mangkuk, satukan tepung, baking pwdr dan garam. Dlm mangkuk yg lain, pukul gula dan butter hingga ringan dan kembang. Campurkan vanilla dan telur, pukul sebati. Kemudaian masukkan adunan tepung berselangseli dgn susu, pukul pada low speed .
    tuangkan ke dlm acuan dan bakar selama 30-40min.

    selalunya sy bakar pd suhu 170 C...

    ni gambo snap trus dr buku masakan

    sedap kalo kek ada yogurt nih cip....:hatdown: anak maklang makanlah tapi biasanya kalo tak sedap dia bagi tau...ni senyap jer...:hmm: mesti kena ngan selera dia...anak ngan bapak sama jer..kalo sedap dia diam jer...:nerd: takder nak puji2nya...tengok diarang makan pun dah berbaloi pada maklang..tak perlu nak puji2 takut terkembang pulak badan maklang nih :nyorok:

      tgh makan moist butter cake bebop ...mmg sedap... cuma pesal kat bwh tu cam dia padat, mendap gitu..mcm tak masak tapi dah masak...pasai apa  mmm  ?? :hmm: nak kata api kuat, tak pun 160 jer...masak pun dalm 60 min....:hmm:

    Tq kpd semua yg sudi try KEK YOGURT KAK PAH tuh.
    Tq gak Kpd Kacip_Fatimah yg dok promote kesedapan kek tuh.
    Kredit utk Kak Pah sekolah aku.
    So far, dlm byk2 jenis yogurt, mmg my feveret bila taruk yogurt blueberry.
    Rasanya lbh strong compared to yogurt lain.

    Chocolate Rum

    Bahan2:
    250g butter
    250g gula halus
    3 cawan tepung naik sendiri
    1 cawan serbuk koko(Vochelle)
    4 biji elur
    2 camt bikabonat soda
    11/2 cawan  air sejuk

    Cara:
    1.Ayak tepung,serbuk koko & bik.soda,
    2.Pukul telur dn gula hingga naik(mcm buat bahulu)
    3.Cair butter.
    4.Masukkan adunan telur &gula dlm bahan yg diayak tadi.Masukkan air sejuk.
    Pukul hingga rata dan sebati,
    5.Masukkan butter yg telah dicairkan dan kacau rata.
    6.Tuang ke dalam acuan dan bakar dlm oven yg telah dipanaskan selama 1 jam

    sy baru kat sini...
    semalam baru terbaca thread  ni.. baca dr first page then teruja nak buat butter cake resipi bebop...
    x pernah2 buat kuih atau kek time hari keje.. balik rumah selalunya mmg flat abis hehe... tp semalam memang semangat berkobar2 nak try buat kek butter bebop ni coz nmpk mcm simple..
    then bila buat tu.. mmg btul lah.. simple n sedap...
    hari ni bawa g ofis then member2 ckp sedap...:love:

    Nak contribute jugak, Simple Moist Vanilla ButterCake

    1 cawan gula
    1/2 cawan butter
    2 biji telur
    2 sudu kecil vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cawan all-purpose flour   }
    1 3/4 sudu kecil baking powder }  campurkan bersama
    1/2 cawan susu segar
    70gm Philladelphia Cheese - if letak sikit je pun not a problem sebab cheese ni buat texture creamy sikit dan ada rsa cheesy sikit

    Cara:

    1.Cream together gula dengan butter. Bila dah kembang, masukkan cheese philladelphia, kemudianmasukkan egg satu-satu, masukkan vanilla.
    2. Masukkan tepung & baking powder yang telah dicombinekan ke dalam mixture tadi dan digaul dengan spatula (kacau pelan2), kemudian masukkan susu cair - pls gaul pelan2 je
    3.Bakar dalam 30-40 minute mengikut oven masing2.

    Toppingsnya:

    Krim Well - agak2 je, (sorry emo takde specific measurement for this)
    Gula Icing - mengikut citarasa
    Vanilla extract - mengikut citarasa
    Butter - sikit je nak kasik kilat2 sikit
    Philladeplphia Cheese (sikit je) - nih optional

    Blend all these together hingga smooth dan creamed...biarkan cake sejuk seketika sebelum letak topping dia, lebih sedap if makan dengan ice-cream vanilla masa cake tengah panas!!!
