For anyone still wondering, according to US Weekly magazine the roommates are:
Anoop Desai and Danny Gokey
Kris Allen and Adam Lambert
Matt Giraud and Michael Sarver
Scott MacIntyre and Lil Rounds each have their own rooms. I'm guessing Lil Rounds might have been roommates with Jasmine and Scott with Jorge since this article was written after their eliminations.
Megan Joy Corkrey, Alexis Grace, Allison Iraheta and Allison抯 mom (because Allison is a minor.)
Kris said he and Adam are both neat which is why they share.
& this one i get from TWOP. fasal key arrangement utk lagu Ring of Fire versi adam
What's amazing is that his arrangement isn't even in a minor
key. It's arranged on a mid-Eastern Phrygian Dominant scale - used in
MidEastern music (e.g., Hava Nagila) - which is different from both
Western major and minor scales.
For instance, a C major scale is:
C - D - E - F- G- A - B- C
And a C minor scale:
C- D- Eb- F- G- A- B- C
The Phrygian Dominant scale that this arrangement uses is:
C - Db - E - F - G - Ab - Bb - C
When he did with ROF is extremely difficult not just because of the
range, but because the scale that is the foundation of the arrangement
isn't natural to a Western singer's ear. It's eerie to me the ease
with which Adam sings ROF using this scale. Especially on the studio
version, you can hear Adam's pitch-perfect control as he moves from
one odd interval to another, in some places even using some typically
mid-Eastern trills, perfectly touching every single note. His key
change is mind-boggling to me; compounding the use of the Phrygian
Diatonic scale with sliding up into an unnatural interval and
immediately transitioning into another key using the same scale.
I have no doubt whatsoever that RKPS completely missed what they were
witnessing because not a one of them had a clue as to what he had
really accomplished with this song.
I've said this before, but with Adam, forget about the drama, forget
about the nail polish and guyliner, forget about the emo hair and
clothes, even forget about the one in a hundred thousand vocal range.
This man has a very rare, phenomenal gift for musicality without which
he could not possibly arrange and sing these uber difficult pieces --
and make it sound natural and effortless. It boggles my mind.
